This is definitely still happening, I’d say 90% of the lookups I do end with Error 500, VERY seldomly I’ll actually get a profile. And now that I think of it, makes me wonder if the ones that work are cached. . . .
Confirmed … I thought maybe it had to do with my username? I noticed it’s actually using that in the URL. maybe they need to look up by an internal Id instead …

Been getting the same thing too, I went in game logged out my profile appeared only stays like that for half hour than goes back to the
Something’s Not Quite Right Error 500 profile gone until I play log out again, but the profile does not appear for long 
That actually worked for me just now thanks! Still needs fixed though.
And back to the Error 500 again even with the “Capital” letter swap.
