“Zug Zug” - Blizzard
You’d be the first Alliance to admit, even hypothetically, that it might be the strategy they are using.
Nothing stopping you from pulling off a pally pull. You could do it right now.
But you’re not the first horde who will believe that screenshot is indicative of something larger than a single player’s experience. That player is premading. That should be obvious to anyone who has spent any time playing this version of AV.
Care to explain how? Or just going to stamp your feet and insist they must be cheating because YOU can’t win.
I don’t play AV. You’ll find me in WSG so while you believe you’re putting me in my place, you’re really not. It’s a single screenshot from a single player that is obviously in a premade based on the length of those wins. Why do you believe it means something more than that?
Don’t worry guys, they are monitoring the Ony Head situation because that’s more important.
Nine minute games? Seeing as its China Im probably guessing they are win trading.
Well that’s a big if, I mean this whole thing is weird.
Fake. i lost about 5-6 last week.
Trading implies they’re losing games as well, those are clear pug stomps. 9 Minutes is not indicative of anything but a coordinated team smashing a pug.
This screenshot was taken by me, on NA servers:

5 minute wins are 100% possible without win trading.
This was not taken by me, but was posted on our ranker discord during the height of the AV meta, when premades were going strong in NA:

This is pretty strong evidence that premades are back in OCE—at this point it should really only be a matter of time before the method gets leaked back to NA.
I believe this is because there are only a few AV’s available. Someone pointed out that there are as few as two at a time. That makes it easy for the faction with fewer players to discord queue - in the case of the TW server you mentioned that would be Alliance.
So apparently that’s what’s going on over there. And again, it’s a problem of faction imbalance.
Any strategy to win AV involves capping IBGY at some point. To my knowledge, there is no strategy to win AV that doesn’t include IBGY as a mandatory objective to get further south aside from the zerg strat which died when Horde started turtling and when premades died.
Horde have such a ridiculous numbers advantage it IBGY with cave respawns that it is extremely difficult for Alliance to take it. Ergo, Alliance will lose most games just due to the insane numbers advantage at IBGY for Horde.
And since this keeps coming up, I’ll address it ahead of time, SHGY is irrelevant to this argument. A superior Alliance group can wipe the Horde at SHGY (and this happens decently often when Ally doesn’t have bots), and still lose the game because even though that particular group is better than the Horde group, they aren’t better ENOUGH to overcome the numbers advantage at IBGY. And the amount of better than Horde that the Alliance has to be to overcome that disadvantage is so high, that few groups are ever tilted that much in favor of Alliance simply due to statistical probability of unequal distribution of skill on a scale that big with a sample size of 80.
Tl;DR: Due to the absurd respawn advantage at IBGY, even Alliance groups that are superior to Horde groups are often not superior ENOUGH to win at IBGY.
Ive lost to plenty of alliance premades as a solo q horde player
Then they might as well just make IBGY win the game. Since it’s impossible for you to win without being able to take that.
Lets swap Horde and Ally start location randomly. Then you say this.
I’d say sure, except you’d just find another excuse when you lose.
But theyre not possible without running a premade? Because alliance pugs are so unskilled and horde pugs are the epitome of talent, right?
I play oceanic too theres no AV pugs going lmao, just the same people in every AV because all the tryhard pvpers roll horde and love sitting in 2 hour queues.
Every rank 12+ alliance player I have seen is a carebear raider. They only want the rank for the gear, not the glory of being a force of nature in pvp. The horde high ranks are rallying the troops and smashing faces, while ours are afk in the cave lol.
