Week 2: 550 + 550: 1100
Week 3: 550 + 550 + 550: 1650

I think he assumes you get 550 max per week forever, and didnt read past the first line, because if he had, you would see you can acquire double that the next week
and so on and adding more to the weekly cap

If you miss a week you will be able to make up that week’s cap in following weeks. The amount you can earn remains the same.

damn i screwed up my bad, with all the cost combine it’s a litte under a year, 11.6 months to get the BASE of every conquest piece.

Also, lets do some quick common sense here, When a new patch comes out, that would mean that new PvP sets come out with new appearances. They wouldn’t make it IMPOSSIBLE to gather the WHOLE set until after the season was over. Just at a glance those numbers wouldn’t fly.
