5 man BG limits are a bad idea

Wish more people had that mindset lol

Yeah, it’s rough. I get ghosting the enemy team if you’re getting farmed and it’s 1800-200 in AB or if the other team in WSG is sitting on the third flag and farming… But the nonsense we have seen in BGs since they started in Classic is BS.

yes i agree, but if you are getting farmed at gy and your team has 0 hks you are better off not ressing. id rather not feed enemy faction honor if im getting literally none in return.

I’ve been in ABs where my team wants to white flag it when the score is 250-230, or in WSG after the first flag cap. In AV, it’s usually before the gates open.

I’d agree, except I’ve seen way too many premades that quit if they face another premade. Literally seen teams ride back to the AB starting point (i.e. forfeit) when I’m with a premade.

Or WSG teams that give up after a single flag is taken.

I think it’s bad because they are taking something that was originally there, and taking it away from both sides, in order to help the horde with Q’s.

This is going to help both teams.

How so? You’re doing premades to get marks/honor. This makes it longer for both, no matter the side.

It means better games for everyone on both sides.

You should win 50% of your games the next week in AB/WSG/EOTS regardless of how you queue.

Makes it shorter for people who don’t want to premade, and for people who aren’t geared enough to be accepted into a premade.

I already did.

Better games isn’t an “issue”.

I’ve ran into premades maybe 1 out of 15 games.

Makes what shorter?

You are alliance. Horde barely do premades at the moment because of queue times. Playing during the cross bg test would put alliance against premades much more often.

If horde “barely” premade, then this is a fix to help the horde. I premade a lot on alliance, and if i was horde i would do it even more. If you’re qing into a BG, find the easiest way to win. Thats a premade.

The honor/mark grind.

No it doesnt lol. Maybe for horde.

I had no problems with grinding it out. It’s long and tedious and i appreciate it.

This literally only makes it so solo Q’s have a less chance of getting into a premade.

Which they could have done by simply

“If 10 people are in a party, make the system pit them against 10 others in a party.”

Yes because you’re alliance. Wait until they bring back same faction BG queues.

I ran into premades every other game during that week and I played around 80-100 BGs that week.

It will be that bad when same faction BGs come back.

Alliance don’t run into as many premades right now because horde queues are prohibitive. But once queues become instant, all the horde meta chasers (and there’s more of them than on alliance), will start making premades.

I have played every single night since the game released, I didn’t run into any more premades that week than any other week. The amount of people premading vs not is such a difference it’s not seen.

If its only seen by horde, then this was a fix for them only.

I’m for same faction bgs/just not limiting premades.

I agree that premades need a separate queue.

Groups 5 and under can only face groups of 5 and under.

Require groups of 10 and 15 to queue for bg premades and they face each other.

I would be ok with that. The way they do it now though is not a very thought out plan.
