5 Layer Minimum NOT 3

The layer minimum is currently 3. This should be increased to 5.

THIS is the main cause of high consume prices. Essentially anything that is farmable in the open world has an incredibly high cost due to the high congestion of players per layer.

This mega-server ONLY design of anniversary has proved to be a mega-failure then Blizzard decided to increase the amount of players required to spin-up a new layer, further exasperating the issue.

A Black Lotus fix alone is not enough. It’s everything.

This coming from someone with over 100k gold btw. So I’m good to go for the rest of Vanilla but I worry for the players with less time than me. It’s a difficult world to try and stay afloat.

Lets see some changes!

How did you get 100k gold already?

That ship has sailed.

Most of my gold was made off buying Elemental Earth and Fire for 30 silver or less. I flipped thousands of them for over 6g each(Ele Earth) and over 10 each (Ele Fire).

I was poor the first month. Didn’t sleep for days on launch to rush to 60.

Made most of my gold off Devilsaur at the start and just flipped all of it. Didn’t get epic mount until AV Exalted.

If you need 5 layers, that means you need 5 servers.

Which should have been the plan off the rip.

We have megaservers because that’s what is cheapest and easiest for Blizzard. Everything else is lip service.

We have megaservers because that’s what the playerbase wants.

No. No it’s not.

The biggest thread on this discussion is literally asking for an RP-PvP server that Blizzard never delivered.

Based and true.

We need 10 layers minimum to feed 30k raiders imo.
