Background
Hello All,

The guild I’ve been been an officer in for 7 years is calling it quits due to roster churn and recruitment issues.

Outside of the latest tier, I have been CE almost every tier I’ve participated in since the first tier of MoP. Previously I played a Mage with high parses as well but switched to Rogue during Blackhand progress. I’ve raided and played the game since WotLK Naxx. I’m looking for mature adults and don’t really care for a “troll” guild.

I am a competent player that comes prepared to raid. I will always be prepared with whatever the requirements are to be raid ready: AP grinds, gear, pots, rep, weekly M+, etc.

Please don’t post your spam if you’re a dying guild grasping at straws. I’ve just been apart of that for the last year and it’s 100% not what I’m looking for. My hours are semi-flexible but I cannot stray too far from 7-11 PST. Thanks all!

Storm 6/8M is recruiting ranged dps for Azshara’s Eternal Palace!

Storm is an alliance mythic raiding guild located on Sargeras US. Originally formed in late 2004 on Gilneas, the guild was later transferred to Sargeras for recruitment purposes.

We consider ourselves semi-hardcore while clearing content at a pace acceptable to the guild leadership. We are an adult guild primarily with average ages ranging from 20-30s range. Our atmosphere is primarily laid back for farm but serious during progression. We expect every member to have researched their class / spec / encounters etc. and make quick adjustments to ensure lower pull counts.

We aim to get a cutting edge achievement each raid tier if it is attainable within our raiding hours.

Main Raids: Tue - Wed - Thurs 7p-10p CST or 8p-11p EST.
Optional / Not required: Mon - 7p-10p CST or 8p-11p EST (fluid).

We are seeking to recruit individuals who are knowledgeable and keep up to date on their raiding spec(s) and sims. We aren’t a guild that is interested in carrying any one individual and will expect all members to keep up with maintaining their primary main character for raids on a weekly basis. That includes farming best in slot essences, obtaining AP for HOA, Weekly Islands Cap, Mythic + weekly cache, etc. If you are someone who likes to take frequent breaks from the game or gets bored easily doing the same things over and over, (ie raiding the same content every week or keeping up with dailies and mythic +), then this is not the guild for you. We like to have fun but we also want to progress at a rate we feel we can accomplish and we don’t want to be held back.

In addition to what was mentioned above we also require the following below.

About Us:

Synergy [H] on Tichondrius is a established semi-hardcore raiding guild. We have been around since 2011 and plan on tackling Mythic content through BFA!!!

We are passionately dedicated to PvE Raid progression and, as such, every decision we make as a guild is devoted to that end. With just a 3-day raiding schedule we take raid time very seriously, and have very high expectations of ourselves and potential members.

Hey mate.
Know you are looking for a higher teir group off the bat than what we currently are, will be honest about progression, we kill ashenvane before the nerf the the dps check wall was hard for some of our players and decided it was there time to call it quits. So the last month or so we have just been farmijg the first 4 bosses on Thursday night rather quick. But now we are building our team back and looking back into progression raiding. If you are looking to join our core raiding ranks note that the 20 slots are not reserved, they are for the players that prove themselvs not just by being good mechanically and having decent logs, but consistantly showing up, not being late and having a good attitude when things get tough.
Not one players spot is guaranteed and is always continually earned by merits.

However we do full clears of heroic everyweek (time is flexible) with lower guildies for gear, ap and just a bit of fun and banter.

Eventually If we get the numbers, we may even look into a second mythic raiding team
Also achievement, mount and transmog runs are done by some of us on weekends for those collectors/completists.

MYTHIC KEYSTONES.
Most of us do keys almost every night of all ranges, starting at those that just want there weekly chest done for the loot and for those elite that want to push there I.o even higher and beyond we can help with that.
