I’d prefer that they just add a couple of new talent rows, nothing really power related but flavor/utility type stuff. For example there have been a couple of different legendary items that make my corruption dot also apply a slow, a potential talent row could be like "Your corruption also applies either curse of tongues, exhaustion or weakness".

People are always asking for legendary item/utility to be baked into specs/spells, the perfect way to give them back is a couple of new talent rows.
