49 inch Monitor

Hello,

I purchased a 49 inch monitor and am playing Classic. I noticed that I can only choose 5120x1440 in full screen display mode. Is there a way to get more options like 2560x1440 or 3440x1440?

can you ajust the display resolution in display settings? ---- right click the desktop — display setting ---- then you can set the display to (EG 800 x 600 min 1920 x 1080 max this is on my laptop)… forgot to add nivida has the control panel that you can ajust the resolution aswell

Ya I can. I just didn’t want to keep going back and forth since WoW is the only game I play that for some reason doesn’t have other resolutions.

if you have the samsung neo g9 or another 1440 monitor then 5120x1440 is full screen. If you have a different resolution and it’s not in game settings go into your windows settings and see what it is set at.

Nvidia control panel has some options in there to change the resolution as well. You might want to enable no scaling in there so it doesn’t stretch the picture. If you are playing a game that doesn’t support your resolution it will just center the picture and put black bars on the side. I use that in starcraft 2 and such.
