Hello all figure id shoot my shot for season 2. Looking for a mythic guild to raid with for the rest of season 1 and beyond. Currently I am 4/8m xp and looking to get back into raiding after a brief month break.

Respect for others’ time is crucial. While we believe in having fun, progression demands focus and effective time management. Our endgame schedule requires players to be fully prepared and engaged during events to maximize our collective performance.
We understand that mistakes are a part of the process, but we expect players to quickly adapt and learn from errors. We emphasize teamwork and encourage openness to constructive feedback. We’re a guild that just started rebuilding during the start of The War Within. Roster boss has hit us harder than any other, but we’re looking to beat it! What we are looking for?
Raiders that know their class, understand that standing in (Fire, acid, voids, spikes, DEATH HOLEs, ect…) is not conducive to staying alive. Folks that have a good attitude and a drive to progress!
History:
We have been around since The Burning Crusade in 2007, Many Dragons have been punched and many long lasting friends have been made.
We have had the same raid schedule from the start, we value and respect our raiders time. So we only raid 2 hours a night, and expect our team to be logged in consumes in hand and ready to pull on time.
We have a lot fun with each other while keeping it above bar when it comes to discrimination. This guild has become more than just a group of friends playing a game and more of a family. Do we rib each other? Of course!
That being said we have minimal drama and this Train keeps on moving down the track.
We always accept outstanding players who fit the guild.

Reliability - Be trusted to follow through on your commitments. If you sign up to attend an event, be there. If something comes up take a moment to change your RSVP Status and notify your team-mates. We understand that life happens, and the real world comes first, but communication is key.
Preparation and Self Sufficiency - We want self-sufficient members who value each player’s responsibility to show up to raid as the best possible version of themselves. We expect each and every team member to take the necessary initiative to better themselves in-game and out. This means research, gearing, consumables, class/rotation knowledge etc… Teams are all about helping each other out and we are happy to help you gear, answer questions, or help you improve your play. No one wants to spend their valuable time helping someone who isn’t willing to help themselves.
Class Mastery and Performance - We want to ensure that our Core Raiders have achieved a reasonable level of mastery of their class/spec. Our Core Raiders should be striving to regularly improve performance.
