Greetings Syzara,
Evalent is currently recruiting active, mature, dedicated players to wrap up 8.3 with and move into Shadowlands. Our core team is made up of past mythic experienced friends who have been raiding off and on since MoP. We recently decided that we wanted more out of the game and wanted to establish a structured group to push for CE each tier. We are also looking to not only have a strong group for mythic each week but to establish friendships and make a tight knit group that will continue raiding together and pushing all content for the years to come. Currently we are in the works of establishing a group to push as far into mythic in 8.3 as we can before the new expansion drops later this year. Our goal is to put together a competent group of 23-25 players with the same mind set as us. Also looking to fill 3-4 more officer positions including experienced raid lead. We strive to be the best and will be putting in a lot of time to make sure we are successful at doing, if you are looking for the same then Evalent will be the place for you come Shadowlands. Raids will be scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday nights 7-10pm, we look to maximize our raid time’s use as we will only be on an 6 hour raid schedule.

Our Goals / Raider Expectations:
We are currently looking to establish and maintain a competent 20-25 player roster to push as far as time allows into mythic NWC with and prepare for the first tier of shadowlands. Our goal is to maintain a solid structured group of players who are aware and knowledgeable of their class at all time. We will run a bench system during progression the best 20 will raid plain and simple. All others will get kills once we have to current content on farm.
Moving into the new shadowlands expansion we will prepare as in the past for launch of the first tier. All eligible players at that time will be brought in on the first night for normal gear farm and the following Thursday night for heroic progression. We strive to make sure our team will be ready at this point for the following week’s release of mythic content.
Raider Requirements:
· 465 ilvl w/ 75 HOA
· BIS Rank 3 essences ( both main & os if needed )
· Rank 14+ Cloak
· Raid Preparation ( Flask/Food/Augment Rune/Pre Pots ( Guild Provided Eventually )
· Knowledge of all mechanics going on during each boss fight
· Determined / Focused ready to kill pixelated monsters
Once we have farmed enough materials and are at a good point into progression Feast/Cauldron/Vantus will be provided. Until then please be prepared before you step into the raid this includes your seals/tomes for each fight.
We will take one TEN minute break during our time together per week everyone is expected back at the time, or could result in being replaced if it is a occurring thing. We are on a tight schedule for what we are trying to accomplish and don’t plan on wasting others time.

So it seems like you want a casual guild to run with - well if you are looking for mythic+ and 5 hours of raiding a week (short but we get the AOTC job done!) then look no further.
Arm of Hades has existed for 14 years in modern WoW and we have spent most if not all of those years on Vek’Nilash. We’ve survived the ups and downs of a game system that’s worked hard to fragment the community feel which brought us together in the first place.
This would be an amazing home for you if:
- You enjoy the social aspect of WoW. Our discord server is extremely active in voice and chat channels. We have monthly gatherings IRL and annual reunions, where 15-25 guildies hang out for a week of fun and bonding. Or maybe you don’t want bonding but just want a place to kill some virtual creatures, we’re good for that too.
- You enjoy a drama-free adult environment. We are an inclusive home where anyone can feel safe. We’re all adults here, we don’t need no highschooler shenanigans.
- You enjoy playing with competent people; we’ve cleared AotC every tier on a 5hr/week raiding schedule (Before it gets nerfed to oblivion mind you.) We make it a goal to at least hit this challenge, and then from there we usually go for Meta achievements. If you have to sacrifice your life for the meta achievement, it’s worth it.
- You enjoy a mix of PVE and PVP scheduled events. We will have a EST/CST friendly evening schedule. We also have people on MST, ACT, CEST, and TSA. One of those isn’t a timezone but that’s not important.
- Bonus - You live near Toronto, as that is where the guild was founded and for monthly pub nights . We do also have people from the United States, so don’t worry, if you feel alone while they have Canadian parties, we’re right there with you!
