My Vicious Saddle is STILL at 0%. I have put in 3 separate tickets, all 3 have been answered with “we don’t do that here,” basically saying that they aren’t the ones that deal with that specific issue. So, I will now ask, can the Vicious Saddle just be added to my account at this point? I am beyond what should’ve been required for it, it only took me roughly 150-ish wins to get the seasonal vicious mount. I’m nearing 500 now. Can we get an estimate on this being fixed sometime soon? This is quite literally the only thing from PVP I actually cared about getting this season and there are plenty of others with the same problem.

They apparently fixed a bug causing people to gain progression before reaching 1000 rating, BUT THIS DAMN BUG that we don’t gain, they don’t fix it
Its like they only fix stuff if somehow gives people benefits, if its screwing us over they take their sweet time
its being 23 DAYS ALREADY, its going to be a MONTH soon.
The anniversary patch will drop and this bug will be buried amongst other bugs and god knows when will they fix it, and lack of bug reports is not

This is ridiculous, with blitz coming out they’re a lot of people who want to grind out saddles but can’t cause if this bug that’s been going on for about a month now, this is suppose to be a big incentive to play rated pvp but it continues to stay bugged

- Resolved an issue that allowed Battleground Blitz to grant progress towards the Vicious Skyflayer mount while below the required rating.
Ignoring the issue that Vicious Saddles are still not possible is just a slap in our face and still no reaction or statement - communication would help but we are just ignored

They’re peeps who should have multiple saddles rn but get nothing, this is a huge issue on the pvp side but they won’t fix it and are keeping us in the dark, that’s crazy

If they’d at least say literally anything to ANYONE it wouldn’t be as frustrating but I’ve not received or seen a thing from any of Blizzard. This is a bug that is entirely possible to fix, since they obviously were able to fix the seasonal pvp mount bug just days after it was reported.

I have the same problem, I really wanted to win the Vicious Saddle mount, but without knowing my progression it’s difficult to know what I need to do. It is very frustrating that we, players who are entering PVP, cannot have the minimum (knowing the progression) to get the mount.

I have a feeling this will get fixed in the next week or so, right as people get their gear finished up. It would be a pretty lame attempt to retain people, and if that happens, and we are at 0% starting over when its fixed, im quitting the game. im not gonna be forced by bad tactics like this for player retention. they could have retained me by making it work properly right off the bat. and i know this sounds off the wall, but ya know what else sounds off the wall? not fixing a VERY simple bug for a month.

Absolute insanity that they fixed the bug that allowed people progress on the Skyflayer below 1000 CR but can’t be bothered to fix this. Seriously, is anyone even looking at PvP anymore? Get it together, Blizz.

It should be easy to do, since our wins get tracked in the progression, so they should know how much we would have, but i bet you they will not

I think I got my Vicious Skyflayer 9 days into the season. A buddy and I decided we’d farm a lot of saddles this season in 2s/3s, we did it in DF season 2 as well and got 3-4 mounts. Never did it occur to me this level of negligence was possible. Sure they could fix it, but now every season I’m gonna assume its bugged until I confirm it with my own eyes. I’d like to think blizz knows about this and will wave their magic wand to make it right - with saddles in the mail - but the more likely explanation is they think all of us are sub 1k rating and don’t understand how saddle % progress works.
