Doesn’t matter - alchemy is one of the easier ones to max out.
you are funny. like glue sniffing funny. obvious troll at this point. later.
It isn’t impossible. You just don’t want to do it. I don’t blame you because it would be tedious as all heck but it is very possible to do.
There are plenty of people (myself included) who maxed out all the professions 7-10 months ago by just doing the weeklies and killing rares.
Oh it’s talking about just transmute toons. That’s even easier for dracothysts. It’s like less than 150 knowledge points or something, which you can easily get in 1-2 weeks.
I consider myself a world casual. I avoid as much world content as possible because it’s boring and tedious.
If you don’t participate in the content, then you shouldn’t get the rewards.
I still did every profession weekly+dungeons for dragon shards of knowledge. I just didn’t grind rare drops from world stuff and didn’t go farming the little boxes around the world for a chance to get a skill point.
Then you should have been maxed like 5 months ago instead of 7 months ago.
The point of the post is to draw attention to the poor crafting system and how long it takes to progress.
The time investment required is a positive. It means every random person can’t show up and craft stuff and drive down prices, especially at the start of an expansion.
We are no where near the start of the expansion.
I maxxed out engineering on my first toon in DF, was hard, slow and expensive. Decided to switch to my original toons for season 3, and decided to go with Skinning/LW for this one.
What is the bloody point? I aint gonna be able to get anywhere CLOSE to where the Trade chat services are.
There should have been an actual catch up system, for one thing, for players who either took a break or restarted on a new realm. Increase the drop rate of the KP items, make the proff quests dailies instead of weeklies until you get to whatever number you need to fully max out your stuff.
I get the argument of Hambrick, but this system is all but worthless for players like me. And yea, that might make the game better for yall, less competition and all, but for players like me? Pffft.
You won’t get close to them in everything but you can focus specific end nodes to rush down and get the capability to craft some items at max rank.
Then you should be maxed
Alchemy is what I took with Herbal and I was able to max it out easy still make some coin on the phial’s and potions.
I wasn’t when I made the post. That’s kinda the point.
yeah, because you were lazy and didn’t do anywhere close to everything to gain skill points.
Yes. I didn’t hide it. I explain exactly what I did. Weekly quests and crafting. I didn’t do the rng brainless grind for the chance at a point and it took me more than 400 days to max.
My hunch is that devs did not intend for that to be the case and that’s why I’m giving my feedback.
You said you didn’t do the first crafts, and you also presumably didn’t get your 2 guaranteed points from dirt a week, which drastically increased it. You intentionally handicapped yourself and are still complaining. At this point it’s like someone complaining that the world is too big when they only RP walk everywhere.
