I raided back in cata hardcore with my old guild we down everything on heroic while still being AOTC back then… now the struggle to find a home to raid with now is real I’ve been back and can’t seem to find a guild who wants a solid raider they just want to see achievements. Being a brand new guild means the new members dictate the future of the guild. Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 brew tank, 1 disc+holy priest, 1 holy paladin, 2 ranged dps(strong preference for warlock, ele sham, s priest) 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer monk or warrior… Potentially 1 stud melee player. Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst
[Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Iron Knights is an adult-only, casual/semi-hardcore raiding guild on the Tichondrius (PVP-PST) server. We are currently in search of a few quality raiders, and we are always in search of quality guildies who have little interest in raiding but want to be a part of a tight-knit WoW family.
Our guild was formed in 2008 during the Burning Crusade expansion, with many core raiders having WoW experience dating back to release. Most of our raiders have families and jobs and we have quite a few couples in guild. CriticalMass is a mythic progression focused Horde guild on the US Illidan server that raids Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8-11 PM server time (US central time). <Touched by The Light> is a progressive, semi-hardcore weekend raiding guild on Horde US-Thrall.
Founded on Stormrage (Alliance) during Nighthold, our core group of players swiftly made it through most of the content Legion had to offer. Our track record is as follows:

Our core players are returning from a hiatus from the game and we will change things up and raid as Horde. Those who continued to play in BFA naturally achieved CE on Ghuun and Jaina.
Our major attractive feature as part of recruitment is our established progression times. <TBTL> was one of the most dominant 2-day raiding guilds. <TBTL> maintained progression on par with hardcore guilds that raided for often double or triple the amount of time as us.
Our immediate short term goal is to recruit and prepare for 8.2 mythic raiding. Our long term goal will be CE for each raid for the rest of this expansion. Our competitive roster will also push high keys each week and rated battlegrounds.
Any mythic-raiding experienced players are welcome to apply with a special emphasis on healers and ranged dps. Raid times are Friday and Saturday from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm sharp with invites going out 15 minutes before the start of the raid.
One of our main things we look for in recruitment is if you ‘gel’ with our group of raiders. We are a small guild that have played together for a long time. We like our raiders to fit with us so they also enjoy playing the game. We have always tried to not be a “log on to raid and log off” guild. You will find many of our members hang around chatting or simply playing other games together.
We consider ourselves to be a social group that like to have fun but we will NOT tolerate any lack of dedication when it comes to progression. We will expect each player to know their class thoroughly, pull acceptable numbers for their role, follow mechanics at the level of a mythic raider, and show dedication to fix any issues in the skills listed above.
Beyond being dedicated towards improvement, players will obtain higher consideration for our roster if they can impress us with:
• Gear—Would prefer closer to item level 400+ with a neck level of around 45
• Logs—Raid progress doesn’t always prove skill, and some skilled players don’t have any mythic progress whatsoever.
• Strong Communication Skills—We use discord, Mic is not required but EARS ARE; special consideration given to those who can vocally call out mechanics and help synergize our team.
• Good knowledge of Player’s Class—Know when to immune, stun, CC, Etc.
• Teamwork skills—Synergy is very important for team success
