I run a raid you may be interested in here are the quick notes:
~ sat & sun raiding; 2pm-5pm est
~ heroic stuff optional during the week (evenings)
~ small raid team ~25 people, 9 year old guild
~ focus on good paced progression, 8/9M – pushing harder & faster this time around
~ alliance server, Kel’Thuzad
~ no call outs or finger pointing or shaming in raid, issues handled privately
~ many ‘retired’ hardcore raiders who have limited play time now

Hey Shid! We currently have a need for a few core RDPS, especially one that can swing that dps and extra healer role for particular fights. The raid times line up with you perfectly.
We are Redline-Thrall Horde, a daytime progression raiding guild. We also have folks that run Mythic plus, pvp, and pug majority guild raids for alts and non core members.
For raiding times We raid progression 12-4pm EST on Wednesday and Thursdays, with some other optional raid content on Tuesdays.

ABOUT THE GUILD:
Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. While there are many of us that have raided at the higher echelons of the US raiding scene, we believe that rank means nothing without genuinely caring where you raid and who you surround yourself with.
