Constant Insanity is a MORNING raiding guild based on Sargeras Alliance side with a goal of completing mythic content while it’s current. We are a relaxed group of adults and most of our raiders either work alpha shift or live overseas. We spend a lot of time pushing M+ keys together on off days and after raids and have a decent amount of people with high io scores. We also run pug raids multiple times per week and do achievements together.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 tank (no DH/bear/prot pal) , 1 priest or shaman, 1 ranged dps. 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer ww/bm. Potentially 1 stud melee player. [Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.
We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.
More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Sunset Riders is a newly formed guild of friends and compatriots. Raiding 2 nights a week, we are a casual no drama guild on Moon Guard! So far, we have achieved 6/9 heroic and are going to push AOTC with the current tier of raiding. We also run mythic pluses, and generally have fun with each other.
We raid on Wednesday and Thursday from 7 pm to 9:30 pm server time.

Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

Raid Rules:
- Every boss pull requires every raider to have a rune, flask, and food buff. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule on Mythic difficulty.
- All DPS will be expected to use three potions per boss pull. One Coastal Healing Potion and two potions specific to your class (potion of intellect, strength, agility, etc.).
- Raiders who are regularly the cause of unnecessary down time may face consequences because the raid leader will place great focus on increasing the total number of boss pulls per raid night.
- When the raid leader or guild master wants Discord silent, be silent.
- If a raider has an issue with any other raider, do not verbalize it in Discord. Please contact Staxotaur to act as the intermediary. Most of the guild doesn’t care about your individual drama.
- Please keep criticism constructive. We aren’t snowflakes, but constructive criticism is the easiest to implement changes with, so from an efficiency perspective it is preferred.
- Raiders will be expected to complete a +10 mythic dungeon per week.
- Bind on Equip epic raid drops will be given only to core raiders who need the item as a direct immediate equip for their main spec. Otherwise, all BoE items will be given to the guild bank to finance the supply of raiding materials.
- With any progression focused guild, people will be asked to sit on the bench to either optimize our raid composition or rotate people in for gear on easier bosses. We ask that people be understanding that everyone will be benched at some point and that it isn’t anything personal, we just want to kill bosses like everyone else so we ask for everyone to be understanding.
