We’re a daytime Mythic guild previously on Sargeras (Alliance) who have decided to make the swap to Horde on Area 52 for Shadowlands. We are looking to enhance our roster with skilled and reliable players.
Our group is one of friends, who push each other towards excellence in game while maintaining a healthy sense of humor and clear sense of direction. We are a level-headed bunch, hungry for progress. We have a low tolerance for drama and do our best to foster a positive in-game environment.
Swell’s core is composed of veteran raiders. Some of us have been playing together for years, and some of us are new friends. We have a solid foundation for our dream team – we’re searching for a few more to help round us out!
Currently, our main search is for competent, hard hitting DPS. As we move into the tail end of the expansion, we are looking to relax after earning CE and build our roster for the upcoming (and exciting) changes in Shadowlands. We normally maintain a 25-30 person roster to flex for boss requirements and schedule changes.
Swell has historically fielded a bunch of key pushers, and we work together to get everyone a decent key completed every week, and we have interest in rated BGs, transmog and achievement runs. Alts, friends, and families are always welcome!

Monday/Tuesday are sometimes OPTIONAL flex days early in the tier, but we generally have Heroic sales Tuesday at reset (11am CST) during active raiding seasons.

Requirements
Mythic raiding experienced is absolutely required. We have mandatory addons and WeakAuras that we expect all raiders to use. Discord is required, and a working mic is necessary.
Attendance
We are a guild of dedicated and ambitious players. Commitment to our raid times is mandatory. We’re interested in consistent players who are realistic and honest about their day-to-day schedule. Raiders are required to communicate any tardiness or absences via a Discord channel or through tells with an Officer. Schedules change, things come up and real life always comes first. All we ask for is a heads up!
Trial Period
Two weeks from start date or six consecutive days demonstrating attendance and competent play. Start date begins on the first raid day you are present. Trials are always given a feedback session at the end of their trial period and we encourage you to talk with us during and before this about anything and everything.
What you can expect from us:

- Raid materials (Vantus Runes, feasts, cauldrons).
Our Officers are always available to speak with, and we expect our raiders to help us maintain open lines of communication about their needs and concerns.

- 90% Attendance rate, as well as being on time (early).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Survivability and understanding of mechanics while excelling at your role.
Many players struggle to do one - we are looking for both. - Ability to introspect regarding your play in order to be constantly improving.

Currently in the process of creating a new guild with some other semi-hardcore raiders.
The primary goal is immediate recruiting and raiding in full capacity during Shadowlands. This is meant to be a Mythic raiding guild.
Other activities, such as Mythic + dungeons and PvP, will also be encouraged for those interested.
Background:
Previously a semi-hardcore raider during WotLK in a world top 500 (on average) guild, Thundergoats on Aerie Peak during Tier 10, until guild fell apart late into ICC progression.
Some members from the aforementioned guild are returning to join us for Shadowlands.
Raid led during Dragon Soul in a casual guild.
Currently 11/12 Mythic NYA, but stopped raiding back in May.

Server/Faction:
Mal’Ganis (Horde).
Raid Schedule:
3 days a week, 3 hours per day.
Monday through Wednesday, 6:30 pm PST (9:30 PM EST) to 9:30 pm PST (12:30 AM EST).
It should go without saying, but this is WoW and people seem to be clueless of many things, so I’ll say it: If you cannot make these times, please don’t bother.
Nine hours is by no means a crazy raid week, but we do expect to progress more quickly than guilds with similar time investments.
Expectations/Requirements:
-Be online and ready at least 15 minutes prior to raid time.
-Know how to play your class, while maximizing throughput in the capacity of your role. This includes knowing how to play multiple specs, and NOT tunnel-visioning.
-Review fight specific strategies, and have ample pots/food/flasks ready to go.
-Be open to constructive criticism. This means admit mistakes and move on, while not repeating mistakes numerous times.
-Be optimistic: Things happen. Have a positive attitude towards progression.
-PC which can handle gaming without FPS, or other, issues.
-Discord and working mic.
-Aim for CE every raid.

The Church - Proudmoore (No religious affiliation) was originally founded in 2007 on Darkspear during Burning Crusade as a casual schedule high performing Alliance raiding guild. We progressed as a top raiding guild from Burning Crusade to Warlords of Draenor including many US top 100 kills and World top 500 but took a casual heroic raid schedule during Legion. Fast-forward to Battle for Azeroth, we continued our casual Heroic progression completing AOTC on all current content with a few minor mythic kills. We have recently decided to transfer to Proudmoore and are now recruiting for Mythic raiding on a casual two day 6 hour (3h per night) raid schedule.

As a raid team, especially with our limited schedule, it is important that we recruit people who are available to raid both Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30-9:30pm PST. We understand that things can come up and schedules can change. It will never be held against you if you have to miss a raid due to real life circumstances. We are Sublime a Horde guild on Hyjal server. We are a serious, yet laid back Mythic guild and our raid nights are Tues/Wed from 7-10pst with an optional Friday Heroic night at the same times.
