Previously known as Run Thru-Darkspear has transferred to Sargeras for 8.3 Mythic raiding. We lost people to classic and came over mid tier 8.2 where most of us got 6/8M EP. This guild was established at the launch of BFA and we are hungry to get another Cutting Edge this season. As far as environment goes I would like to say we’re a pretty fun group to be around. No walking on eggshells the entirety of a raid night but everybody knows when to takes things seriously. Requirements:
As a member of the Mythic Raid Team, it is imperative that you keep your character up to date so we can progress at a reasonable pace during the tier. Here is what we ask of all our mythic raiders.
- Knowing your class! Keep up to date on the latest and greatest talents, azerite, essences, and gem/enchant combinations to perform as well as possible on each fight. If you need help using raidbots or analyzing logs, let us know and we can get you started on the right path
- Research on each fight for your specific role/class is required

4/12 M (12/12H) is a CE focused raiding guild on Stormrage-US. We aim to push progression within a competitive 2-day (6 hour) schedule while still maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere. We treat each other with respect, seek high performance, excellent game-play and a positive attitude. Drama and toxic behavior are not tolerated here.
Raiding only 2 nights a week means we want our players to be the best they can be. Our members have families, careers, and studies, so we need to take the 6 hours we spend together seriously.
We also run Mythic + most days of the week. For some of us pushing high level keys is our primary WoW focus, but we also strive to make sure our raiders are getting their capped weekly rewards.

Current Needs:
We strive for an environment that takes the challenges of mythic raiding seriously while giving the content the respect it deserves. Our aim is, as all mythic teams, full clear of content but with always keeping the friendly spirit of camaraderie alive. We do not require mythic raid experience to join our team but we do expect mythic-level dedication and accountability from all of our raiders. We want someone that is going to put forth their best effort. - Bring consumables: We expect raiders to bring flasks, potions, and some food in case we don’t provide feasts. While we may not pre-pot or food buff on initial pulls, it is expected that during serious attempts, all raiders are maximizing their output.
Our trial period is 2-3 weeks and in that time we consider a several factors - Performance, Situational Awareness, and Fit/Attitude/Attendance. Performance is your output (DPS/healing/threat). Situational Awareness is your ability to not take unnecessary damage and correctly execute fight mechanics. Fit/Attitude/Attendance is how well you fit in with the guild, your outlook on raiding, and your reliability in raids.

Hello, you’re looking like a snack. Snacks is a progressive and growing mythic raiding guild that pushes themselves as best as we can, we’re a guild that has Cutting Edge experienced players that are looking for more exceptional and dedicated players.
We raid on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9pm-12am EST. We also do re-clears of normal and heroic on the weekends at normal raid times. A few things we expect from our players are to:

{Reprieve} 2/12M 12/12H AOTC on the Thrall server is looking for more for 8.3. Most of us have ether CE experience in the past and/or present. Looking to finish our Mythic raid team with semi-hardcore progression 2-3 nights a week. Our goal is aotc and to push hard into mythic when it drops. Current schedule is Tues/Weds Midnight (12am) to 3am EST, Thursdays will be for a clean up of mythic boss’ (pending on body count), and monday’s will be for heroic alt runs. In our off times we run plenty of high keys and alt raid run. We are a mature, zero tolerance drama guild . Most of us are in our 30’s with normal lives outside of Azeroth but we do not tolerate any drama.

Mythic raid team members are held to a high standard of performance. You must be capable of surviving encounters with minimal failure damage and maintain proper DPS/HPS for your class. Anyone falling below tolerated levels (based on logs) or causing wipes may be replaced or removed from the raid team roster. Also having a strong OS or having an equal alt is highly recommended for raid comp. We HATE to have people sit because of inability to adapt (I.e. ★ 1-2 Warlock’s - HIGH PRIORITY
★ 3 mages - HIGH PRIORITY
★ 1 hunter - HIGH PRIORITY
★ open to other classes
MELEE
★ 1 fury/arms warrior - HIGH PRIORITY
★ 1 Rogue (Preferred Assassination) - medium/ priority
- open to other classes
Being able to flex into other roles with capable Offspec is a bonus and highly encouraged.

★ raid Tuesday,Friday,Saturday 8pm EST to 11pm EST
★ OPTIONAL heroic on Wednesday’s 8pm est to 11pm
here are some of our mimimul requirement’s:
★ HoA: 75+
★ heroic current content (11/12 or AOTC) (Will consider otherwise)
★ Parse Avg 70-80 or better in Heroic (Will also consider otherwise)
★ Must be open to constructive criticism, willing to adapt and be flexible.
★ post afk with ample notice (emergencies and some exceptions apply)
★ be ready with the right consumables and pot’s
★ know/be familiar with the fight
★ complete a minimum of 1 M+ for weekly box.
