Unfortunately, my guild is splitting up as attendance has become an issue with some of the other raiders.
I am looking for a proper Heroic/Mythic progression guild with established players. I am quite experienced and raid and run M+ daily. I am reliable and am always there for raid night. I would prefer raid times to end by 12 a.m. EST on weeknights, but can do later on weekends.

Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. <Storm> is an alliance mythic raiding guild located on Sargeras US. Originally formed in late 2004 on Gilneas, the guild was later transferred to Sargeras for recruitment purposes. We consider ourselves semi-hardcore while clearing content at a pace acceptable to the guild leadership. We are an adult guild primarily with average ages ranging from 20-30s range. About Us
Escaped is an end-game progression guild that is led by an accredited Mythic Raider who has been mythic raiding since Warlords of Draenor. Our Officer core is an example setting team that all have Mythic raiding under their belts stretching across the entirety of the game. The Core Raid Team are top notch players who stand out in their classes and show up every raid determined to win.
Overall, our players are mature, driven, competitive, and always looking to improve themselves and their fellow raiders. Over our short existence, we have learned to give and take criticism and communicate our goals with each other in a collaborative, professional, progression-minded atmosphere. Through effective communication, preparation, and organization, we are able to raid fewer hours while remaining competitive.

We provide a stable environment for our raiders to constantly improve as players and teammates. During progression we use our time efficiently, maintain focus, and exercise discipline; however, while on farm the atmosphere is more relaxed. Our time is precious, and we know yours is as well; efficiency is our ultimate goal. We actively endeavor to maintain a mature, drama-free environment.
< Third Watch > is a semi-hardcore raiding guild that is looking to continue progressing throughout BfA.
Our Raid Composition
Our unique raiding structure provides for guild stability and longevity. Each week we complete a farm clear with everyone in the guild that can join on an optional Thursday night raid. Then we spend all of Sunday night night progressing Mythic. This assures that we always have a next-man-up type roster, but it also allows our mythic raiders to stay semi-active, maintaining a relevant ilvl, if something comes up in real life and they have to slow their raiding schedule.
Flasks, feasts, repairs and Vantus will be provided.
Our Raid Schedule
Currently we raid progression from 6-10PM server time Sunday night. We also have an optional farm raid from 7:30-10:00pm server time Thursday night.

About Us:
We are a team of mature raiders who have fun while progressing but know when to knuckle down and get the job done. Shroud has been around since mid-wrath while our core group has been playing since vanilla - many CE, AotC achievements, realm first achievement players and so on play within our ranks.
