It’s like they don’t understand how to play. I try to get Pieces of Hate every match and I just think to myself, why not let me take the heat, grab his plunder and then kill me? We both get the plunder and you still kill me. I mean seriously. THINK.
I have 10 more Renown and I may wait until Spring Break is over because its obviously too fun for the students to PVP.

Today, more than any day since day 1, have I had more people real insistent to pvp me while at level 1-2.
Whatever is fun for them. I’ve started telling them how much gold they’re about to get.

Yes. I cleaned up on Friday. Before that I was averaging 1 renown a day- mostly bc I had no strategy and dreaded playing for too long. But Friday, I had a strategy and it worked match after match but yeah doesn’t make a difference if they are PVPing so early.
For the most part, early game pvp tends to just be a message of “this is my area, leave”. And then the second party has the choice to flee or fight it out.
Only a crazy person would chase them down instead of levelling themselves up in their freed up area.
I’ve met about 10 today. 10 crazy people, who chased me halfway across Arathi Highlands, at level 2, for 30-50 plunder.
Today has been… unusual. I didn’t experience 10 as Wulm did but at least 4 out of about 10 matches. One person also just ran after me. No attempts to kill me just ran after me for at least a quart of the map.
Crazy.
