Yeah it typically drops off raid bosses (maybe eternium lock boxes & lvl 63 mobs too). It’s pretty rare. The guy who does my +4 all stat enchants got it his off onyxia.

That’s good to know. I’m happy it at least exists, even if it is stupid rare.
Herod Alliance has 4-5 enchanters with this already.
