Yeah, I donât think it means much. You can still create a character on a âfullâ server, but you get this messageâŚ

âFullâ is probably just to entice people to roll on other servers to balance things out. But not sure if any realms will ever be truly full with layering. They can always let it spin up more layers.
Yesterday, when I was trying to log in and get my characters, I noticed that some realms were listed as âhigh,â and then later got reclassified as âmedium.â So they can probably change the status at any time with a few button clicks. Probably doesnât mean much with layering.
What is that supposed to mean? Do you think the survey data is fabricated? Why?
