Has been going on every night since Phase 2. Before that the queue time for my 2-layer server was only 30-40m. So I with all the complaints about wpvp you would think there would be a shorter wait? This is feeling like week 1 of classic release…
People refuse to believe it, but I’d put money on the server concurrent player cap dropped when the layer was removed, leading to queues.
The cap did go down without layering.
You should see some of things people argue you when you say that… I swear some people think we have the same population as launch.
You’re a level 12 on Faerlina though dude. 4 hours you could’ve leveled on another server lol
you are a brain dead idiot
Thats exactly what happened. The confusion is that Layering wasn’t meant to address server cap issues, it was there to make initial questing be doable. When queue’s were awful they also upped the cap on each server leading to lower queue times which made trolls/retailers claim the game was dying because queue’s were gone. Now however, that Blizzard has removed layering and thus introduced a hard limit it shows that the queue’s actually never left, that Blizzard massively underestimated how popular this would be, and that they are probably just sticking to their word about phase 2 because they said they would, even if it makes little sense.
Well OP I understand you mean well but this has been going on every night since Phase 2. Before that the queue time for my 2-layer server was only 30-40m. So I with all the complaints about wpvp you would think there would be a shorter wait? This is feeling like week 1 of classic release…
It seems to be a very small, very vocal minority who are complaining. WPVP is very fun right now, and a lot of people are engaging in it.
Classic wow is dying. Hence why blizzard moved dire maul out fast and same for phase 2. Complaining is just going to let phase 2 last longer. Which is a good thing.
