4 Factions for 9.0?

Do it! DO IT BLIZZ!
Bring back the Warcraft 3 factions! Tyrande and greymane have a falling out with Anduin for not supporting Teldrassil and make a new
Night Elf Faction

Then sylvanas and the undead get kicked out of the horde and make their own
Undead Faction

Leaving the newly formed Human and Orc factions (and their friends)

Bringing Warcraft back to their roots of Warcraft 3!

There should have been the original 4 Warcraft 3 factions to begin with!

I’m perfectly OK with ditching the inferior humans and they stupid human male paladins.

Good job GD.

I have no problem with this conceptually, but I would hate to think what it would do to queue times.

You only say that because I think most people agree that the less elves belong with the stinky rotten corpses.

I just really want to play as the Scourge and kill the living!

Why not this, remove races from factions and let you choose your faction and race when you reach a certain lvl. For example you be a blood elf and at lvl 10 you can choose to join the horde or alliance while the capital citys stay neutral cause we still need pvp

How about no factions, or optional factions. It’s time. Not every human is part of the alliance and not every orc is part of the horde. Why are players forced into being one or the other? All characters should start out neutral and you should have to EARN your way into a faction if you even want to be part of one. There’s no reason anymore to have a horde and alliance other than lore. Lore should always be secondary to gameplay.

Blizzard usually takes baby steps. So at most a three faction game like ESO?

Otherwise, they need to force out Anduin as head of the Alliance. Totally uninspiring as leader and dull to boot. Not too surprising that there is a huge faction imbalance.

This must mean that the Blood Elves go back to the Alliance, then.

Wonder how long the Night Elves would make it on their own before their inability to defend themselves from even Furbolgs resulted in them crawling back.

YES!

4 for each Warcraft 3 factions.

Humans, Orcs, Night Elves, and Forsaken.

I support this. Let us DK’s go back to our rightful place and away from the alliance and the horde.

Murlocs killed Sen’jin.

Quilboars literally made Hellscream retreat, but they were able to overcome them with magic.

Gnolls once destroyed Stormwind.

The Furbolgs were actually allies to the Night Elves, but its only rather recently in the lore that Furbolgs became enemies of the Alliance and the Horde. Most tribes I believe.

Night Elves were never truly threatened by the Furbolgs… :unamused:

I find it hilarious that the darkspears nearly went extinct to murlocs.

As someone who still plays Warcraft III, I would LOVE this. Honestly, the Night Elves joining the Alliance and the Forsaken joining the Horde never made sense to me. They always felt like they should have remained their own things.
