imo review

  1. Bastian : { wasn’t expecting much here }
  • Valkyrie art style zone, the females are very muscular looking Nordlings but the males are feminine looking Roman boys like WTH?!
  • The music is satisfactory but it doesn’t resemble WoW at all…
  • The story in that zone is written poorly.
  1. Night fae : { was expecting it to be like this }
  • This zone is what would you did expect, if Disney merges with WoW. It becomes , less of WoW and more of Disney something…
  • Voice acting, feminine males and females are more attuned with Disney CARTOOON rather than it being resembled with Elune which ultimately led me to believe that I am not playing wow but something entirely. Also, those annoying…faires!
  • The winter Queen, is seriously my most hated character in the game.
  • The story isn’t of my interest in that covenant.
  1. Venthyr : { was a BIG disappointment }
  • This zone main theme should have been vampiric, but it fails in just that like lol! It’s just another Disney CARTOON rather than it being similar to Bloodborne style. Also, No fog!..lol! Again!
  • The NPC are all fugly looking, except for their leader ( like wth?! , Shouldn’t he be looking like his minions ?! Or isn’t he a dreadlord?! ). Also, those mini NPC you see, are truly less scary, cartoon-ish Disney looking characters.
  • The music is less interesting and more annoying to hear…more attuned to Disney rather than being more attuned to Skyrim or Bloodborne ost…
    ( This covenant should be like Bram Stoker’s Dracula, I know one NPC is there like that but the atmosphere in Venthyr really puts me off the excitement, I once had…)
  1. Maldraxxes { Surprisingly like legion but more or less disappointing }
  • The NPC look perfect but their voice overs are terribly implemented.
    ( There was a scene, where the leaders of each house had come to join in a conversation. They looked epic but when they spoke it really was disappointing…they had masculaine bodies with feminine voice…like wtf?!
    How would it sound if Sargears had a feminine voice instead of having a Demonic male voice like those legion bosses in Warcraft 3!..
    This is where my expectations deminshed…)
    Also, some NPC that look male having female voice…wth! Blizzard…STOP BEING LAZY!!!

I know, blizzard is trying to ruin their game with the latest media political outcry but jeez…atleast don’t make it like TLoU 2.

All-n-All, the 4 covenant s were disappointing and it looked less wow than it should have… but I liked Maldraxxes better! It reminded me of legion. Also, my DH suits well there…

What? So the zone should be themed about vampires after a game that didn’t even have them?

Play your own race starting quest and see if it’s more Disney like or not?!

SL is much away from peak cringe of MOP with mostly darker and more adult themed. You have to have a few light zones to go with the darker zones anyway and bastion and fairy land do that well. Vampire place is meh its a desert and a vampire castle?

But sadly wow and it’s communities do like that edginess or it’s simply just gone after legion!
