All those players belong in that lobby for one mathematical or reason or another.
Matchmaking aims to make fair matches, not to help you get rating.
And my point is that in the pursuit of faster match-making times they’ve broken the system, making it harder for DPS to climb, and giving healer 6-0 > 0-6 swings, which discourages everyone from playing, which breaks the system even more. My queues are about 10 minutes, I’d much rather wait 15 or 20 to have healers of the same MMR/CR in my games.

this! SS mode is scam from blizzard to make you play more imo if they are not fixing this since SL season 4
still that shouldn’t punish player going 4-1 and get 0 rating. at least league of legend give you 10-13 lp while wow gives you 0 rating so you can’t get out of elo hell. that’s is bad game design imo
i had a 4-2 for 1pt gain last week, then immediately lost 46 for a 2-4. followed by an alt-f4

Posts like these always come up and they are like the perfect evidence of why public education should include statistics and the like to its mandatory curriculum
You still climb by improving MMR, it just isn’t as visible.
Also it’s quicker and easier to “fix” your MMR in WoW than in League.
I been through the same thing as healer. If you happen to win 6/6, and then the next match, win 4/6, you get like 12 rating. If you win a few back to back 3/6, you’ll loose or get no rating winning 4/6.
I’ve been stuck in this loop for days. I was a melee player first, basically lost a lot cause I was still learning. But now that I pretty much know my class, I’ve gotten pretty good. The downfalls are under geared players on your team, stun after stun after stun stopping you from healing, or something crazy happening.
I don’t understand myself. 3/6 should just be 0, anything below looses rating, anything above gains rating. My personal opinion.

I cant post the pic, but I’ve won 32-60 this week, 223-474 overall and rated 605… (Restro Druid)
Played solo shuffle 3 times as DK, 18 rounds and got 1800ish rating…
So basically if you average healer on let say you go back and forth on winning and loosing u meet another healer with same mmr you win most and gain 0 it how system works.

So I played vs another healer with same MMR won most games gained 0. I would understand if healer was lower mmr but same.
What about healers going 3:3 majority of times and gaining always nothing because one dps just flops. Note dps don’t get punished for it 2 of them go 4:2 mostly but hey who cares about healers.
