I think there’s just a lack of teams queuing. I swear on Tuesday at like 7 pm EST I queued and went on a 9-10 game win streak, and not a single team had higher mmr than us. Usually it tries to hand you a higher mmr team after some wins but nothing, and due to the it was an absolute crawl of a session mmr wise.
Psure like 6 of those games were against Latin servers as well.
I should be at like 4K, but instead all these boosting duelists are keeping me at 16-1800 on all my characters. 
Yesrerday I played an alt I suck at at the 1700-1800 bracket did about 50 games and I’d say at least 10 of those games we’re boosts. Check-pvpd some of them and one was a mage that was r1 every season bfa except the first. Another was r1 Druid. Another was 2800 mage.
Thought people were exaggerating but there are so many carries going on.
I mean, I don’t think it’s literally non-stop, but it is all over the place. There are numerous “companies” that have claimed “thousands” of carries. I see it every day in lfg arena, at least 1-2 posts advertising and in trade chat all the time. Not to mention the people just doing it on their own. Its definitely a problem, and anyone who says otherwise is either trolling, or a booster.
Either that or the only people left playing are the hardcore arena players
It seems like that at the 2100-2400 bracket. Just all glads on alts. Very rarely do I find a team that’s pushing their first glad this season
