3D Printing and Wow Model Viewer

I recently purchased a 3D printer and one of the things on my list to create is a model of my main druid. My problem is that Wow Model Maker doesn’t seem to work with Dragonflight. I spent quite a bit of the weekend googling and while there is another program (the name escapes me at the moment) it doesn’t pull my character into the application with its armor/clothing nor does it allow you to set a specific pose.

Does anyone know of anything else out there that interfaces in such a way to export our characters?

If you actually look at the wireframes of the model, they are not very detailed. Also, you are gonna have to still convert the wow model to a stl format. From what I have seen others do, is the import the whole shebang into Blender and work on the model, then export to stl, THEN run it through your slicer.

Yep I get all the manipulating that I’ll have to do. My problem is that I can’t get a program to even export to something I can manipulate.

Yeah every YT clip I’ve ever seen where people print WoW models all come with the claim: This works GREAT – for everything except DF models.

There is a thread on Reddit about this…

Yeah, you are right though, Blizz did something to the models in DF.
