Hi! My name is Luna and I am looking for a raiding guild on Illidan to start back into mythic progression.
About me:
I just became a mom in June, so the beginning of this expac, I took a step back from raiding to take care of my little one and to allow my husband to continue to progression raid as it is something we are both passionate about (him more so). Now that my son has a strict bedtime however, I am ready to get back into raiding. I have been playing with my brothers guild <Guardians> during their heroic runs and bench player for mythic if they need me, but their times are too early for my sons schedule so I am actually never available to attend their mythic runs even when needed at this point.
What I'm looking for:
Early mythic progression guild (1-3/8M)
Times between 9:30pm and 1am server, preferably 2 days, but will look into 3 days.
Any days of the week are fine, but if found a weekend guild, I have a tanking husband that may be able to help occasionally if a tank was ever needed.
My experience:
Again, because of my son, I have only reached 8/8H. I did kill Ghuun first week, however. I am 379 ilvl with a 31 neck.
Legion: 7/7M 3/3M 10/10M 3/9M 9/11M I also unfortunately had to take a break during legion when I started my first Nursing job and had a rotating schedule of day shift and night shift. Now I just pick up shifts when I want, so I make my own schedule and am free whenever I please.
Cata-Wod: I cleared all the previous content from Dragon Soul to Seige of Ogrimmar in a U.S. top 200 guild. We were 90 for one of the raids.

Most of our Sunday runs I raided with a child in 1 arm and was just there for a loot filter for alts, so some fights I may have just tagged the boss and died.

I was an officer in <The Coalition> RIP guild on lightbringer. We were U.S. top 150 for most of the tiers and I ran our recruitment and our sales team, which I would be happy to help with if needed in any guild I join. I also am always still in the mindset of being a raidleader and officer so I over research fights most of the time to identify multiple strats, so if another perspective is ever needed on a fight, I normally may have ideas if asked to present them.

I think you would be a good fit in our guild. Our atmosphere is pretty chill but we all want to progress quickly to achieve Cutting Edge every tier. Outside of raiding we do M+ almost every night and PVP.

We are a group of laid-back, semi-hardcore raiders looking to progress through all of Battle For Azeroth's Mythic content. Our raid nights are a great time for all, with hardly a moment of silence to spare as members fling memes at each other constantly. Most of our members are active WoW players, but we also venture into other games as well, and we will sometimes get together to play outside of WoW.
What we aim to achieve:
<Horde Community College> is strictly a semi-hardcore guild. This means that we do not raid all nights of the week, nor do we expect our members to put more time than they want to into this game. Because we are not a hardcore guild, we do not require our members to be on the cutting edge, and we don't expect them to be either. However, all of our members do want to push deep into Mythic content and down bosses consistently, and as such we strive to never to give up on progression.
What we expect of our raiders:
To reiterate, all of our core members are serious about pushing Mythic progression and eventually full-clearing raids before the patches cycle. As such we expect all raiders to have 100% attendance, or as near to it as possible, so that bosses can be learned and downed on a regular basis (raid times are listed below). The <Horde Community College> has many student aid programs; as long as raiders show up mostly prepared, our faculty will be more than willing to help provide any missing gaps for them, such as flasks or enchants. Lastly, we prefer all of our raiders to have decent communication skills (or just a microphone to speak through in case of emergencies).

Tuesdays: Heroic/Mythic | 9pm - 12am CST
Thursdays: Heroic/Mythic | 9pm - 12am CST
*There might be a weekend raid ever now and again for cleaning up any un-downed bosses of the week, or maybe even an alt run!*

We are currently recruiting an off-tank, a restoration shaman, all ranged DPS, and maybe some melee. Recruitment priorities will be listed below. <Horde Community College> welcomes its campus to all players of the game, whether they be experienced or new. Many of our members would be glad in helping lower item-leveled players gear up to Mythic quality or tighten up their rotations. That being said, we will prioritize those that know what they are doing over those that do not.
