Disorder is a newly formed adult heroic/mythic raiding guild on US Turalyon. Our leadership and core is comprised of experienced mythic raiders looking to build on a successful history of progression. We seek to provide a fun but efficient and skilled raid environment that will bring out the best in our raid team. Our vision is to create and lead a guild dedicated to the maintenance of skilled progression while having a reasonable/flexible raiding schedule. We are now in the process of rounding out our roster for BFA and are highly interested in recruiting and meeting new skilled players to add to our growing community!
Raiding Environment & Expectations
We seek to provide a fun but efficient and skilled raid environment. We are working adults and treat one another with respect. We take progression and raiding seriously, but we strive to maintain wow/life balance and a positive environment.
We strive to maintain a calm and collected raiding environment and respectful tone throughout our raids. We understand that the strength of our team is collective, and depends on PREPARATION AND TEAMWORK.
We believe constructive criticism and possessing a strong desire to improve to be foundational to building a strong raid team. We expect our raiders to build strong raid and class mechanics. This includes knowing the encounter/class inside and out as well as understanding and keeping up with the most current builds and theorycrafting regarding your class. It is our belief that successful raiding is a hybrid of talent coupled with excellent preparation, and we seek to develop both tendencies within our raiders.
Mythic +
The advent of Mythic+ in legion has created an entirely new class of PVE progression content that we wholeheartedly embrace! Most members of our community are highly interested in mythic+ progression on off raiding nights. We highly encourage our members to participate and push keys as high as possible! Mythic + is a great way to build community and synergy among members and we hope that you will participate with us as we create a vibrant mythic+ community in BFA.
Who: <Cloudy Day> a semi-casual guild. 2/8M & 8/8H & 8/8N late night & weekend guild LFM
What: What does it mean to be semi casual? We expect our raiders to come prepared, know their classes, and not consistently wipe the raid with easy boss mechanics.

Where: Horde and high pop Zul'Jin server
Why: We are a mostly 30+ year old crowd with the core leadership having served in the military together. In our first guild run ( 17 Feb) we managed to clear 7/11H ABT. Since we started as a guild late we didnt get too far into Mythics. We are excited to see how far we can go in BfA pushing mythics casually.
Any potential trials must have logs from Uldir AND be ilvl 355+. Though we have specific needs any exceptional player(with proof from logs) will be considered.

<Linguine> is a new alliance guild on US-Proudmoore focusing on mythic progression.
History: We were part of a second raiding team on another Proudmoore guild (top 20 realm) that progressed 10/11M in Antorus. Before forming the new guild, we reached 2/8M Uldir, but due to attendance issues (which led to many cancelled raids), and the challenges presented with running two mythic progression teams in a single guild, we decided to take the core players of the second team and form a new guild focused solely on Mythic Progression and Mythic+.
What we're looking for: We are currently recruiting to fill our core roster with solid and dependable raiders. That being said, here is what we can offer you: a mature and friendly environment, friends to play games with outside of WoW (We play D&D, Overwatch, Call of Duty, etc.), and an opportunity to become an integral part of a guild and raid team for tiers to come. We will be running tryouts in Heroic Uldir, and if you are a good fit and are a good player (and you like us as well), we will realm transfer you to Proudmoore – free of charge.

We are seeking active players who take the time to study their class/spec, and show dedication to progression by having properly optimized/gemmed/enchanted gear. Attitude is the most important characteristic to join this raid team, we have a close knit group of members and while we do enjoy casual banter during farm runs, we like Discord clear and everyone focused during progression pulls.
Required Addons: Deadly Boss Mods/ BigWigs, RCLootCouncil and Exorsus Raid Tools, WeakAuras.
Raid Nights: Currently we dedicate our two raid nights to Mythic Progression. We do run an optional run of Heroic Uldir every Friday at 8pm. Attendance and performance are reviewed at the end of each raid night by the officer team; all raids are logged and published on Warcraft Logs. Once content is on farm we do allow members to come in on alts to help gear up their additional toons.

Most of us work odd schedules or have families and other outside obligations that limit our ability to raid during the week, but one thing we all have in common is the drive to progress in this game we enjoy. Many of us have done high end progression raiding in the past but due to changes in our day to day schedules could no longer make the standard weekday raid schedules.
