Looking for a group for BFA.

I have been a cutting edge raider for 3 expansions for what it matters.

My past:

I played from BC to Cata as a casual not really putting any time into what was then Heroic. In MoP is when i started to take things seriously and Mained a boomkin from that point until now.

I went full clear in SoO as a 10m heroic raiding group and we killed garrosh well in time for the cutting edge achieve.

WoD was a painful expansion for me as the move to mythic tore my guild appart. I did some raiding with Karma on Kil’Jaeden for BRF and then also in HFC where I got the cutting edge for Archie as well after a few real life hiccups.

Legion started of as strong as it could for someone that got the wrong end of the legendary roulette rolls and I found myself being sat for a decent amount of fights just because that’s how things were with boomkins. I continued to raid with karma for a while into Nighthold until guild tensions and drama drove me farther and farther away from the scene. I decided to take this time for a break and rejoined the fold with a guild on Stormrage for ToS. After making it to maiden on mythic the guild crumbled and at this point I just gave up and took the rest of the xpac off rather than fight to find another group as I did not want to degress in progression I also wanted to focus on finishing college.

My situation for the start of BFA was that of a Ret Paladin trying to Pug Uldir and M+ to very little success. I joined a guild but ended u doing essentially the same thing. Pretty much all the experience I have in BFA is purely from pugs which is a massive change for me and I’m not about to continue it.

As of right now my only real schedule limitations are that I cannot raid past Midnight Eastern as I do have a schedule I need to uphold.

I would like to at least stay horde. Money is extremely tight for me right now so the least I have to pay the better as well as all of the friends I do runs with are Horde, so alliance is pretty much out of the question.

I know this was a wall and I’m sorry. It happens.

About Us:

<Rally> is a guild founded upon the principle that we want to enjoy the people we are playing with. Rather than being a raiding guild that is social, we are a social guild that raids. Guild Atmosphere

We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.

We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!

The Knights Who Say Ni on Kael’thas/Ghostlands are looking for more to help round out our roster moving forward in BFA. We are progression focused guild who’s goal is to progress as far as possible within a limited raiding schedule. We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. Reverie is a mythic oriented semi-hardcore PvE guild which was established in July 2018 in preparation for the BFA expansion. Our members have a rich history raiding in WoW, which has allowed for a diverse range of experience amongst our players. Our current values lie most heavily in improvement and teamwork. Hey there. I’'m from Where Happiness Dies on Illidan.

We are looking to build up our roster and truly focus on BFA. A majority of our roster is comprised of working professionals that are former top 100 raiders, and we are looking for more like-minded people to add to our core.

Some additional background on us, where we come from, and our atmosphere:

Our original core is roughly 10 people that have been gaming together for a long time. Most of us came together during Mists of Pandaria in the guild <Gloryhogs> on Smolderthorn, where we achieved US 133 Garrosh on our 7 hour raid schedule, which put us at about the 3rd most efficient Garrosh kill in the US. We continued raiding into early Warlords, and cleared through H Blackhand and a few Mythic bosses before we finally began to disband due to a lack of leadership (Our GM/Raid Leader and some officers never returned for WoD, and our Co-GM quit during the first tier). Nevertheless, we did make some interesting marks such as US 14 Butcher.

In the time since, some continued to raid and some of us continued to play together in our venues (HoTS, Overwatch, PUBG, etc.) and we continue to play together both inside and outside of WoW. With us, you can expect consistency if nothing else. We have a light-hearted and welcoming atmosphere, farm runs are full of banter but we like to tighten down during progression content.

Undaunted is a semi-hardcore (3/8M) raiding guild that is primarily composed of deaf players, as such we do not use voice in our raids and use text based communication. We are stationed on Ner’zhul, associated with Frostmane and Tortheldrin sister realms. We raid from 8:30-11:30 pm CST on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. We keep downtime and chatter to a minimum by focusing on churning out productive pulls. We send out invites at 8:15, and we never stay past 11:30.

We are currently recruiting several raiders for the last few weeks of Uldir until BoD’s release and expect to see a stabilized roster by the time BoD rolls out. We have a flexible roster system consisting of three levels- Core, Rotation, and Substitutes. We are currently recruiting Core level raiders or rotation level raiders who are available at least Sundays. Core level players are the highest ranked raider, getting priority invites to progression bosses. Core raiders are expected to maintain a 92% attendance rate which would allow one excused attendance from raid per month. We work with people who go on vacations, etc. by calling in our Rotation raiders to come and fill in vacancies or calling in substitutes as a last resort.

Tanks- Are only recruited internally, if you want to become our tank, you may do so only after proving your reliability playing a different role.

Healers- Monk and Paladin.

RDPS- Mage, Shaman, Druid, Hunter, Warlock, Priest.

MDPS- Full, don’t get discouraged from applying though!

Our philosophy is that we prefer raiders possessing critical thinking skills and the ability to perform when assigned mechanics, survive in OH-CRAP moments using appropriate immunities, defensives, and warlock cookies. To describe our environment, we have a good balance between serious competition while sparing time for inside jokes. Pugs that joined our raid say nothing but great things about our environment. We have two players leading the team. Amis (played since 2006) is our Raid Leader, Doc (played since 2008) is our Raid Leader XO. Amis and Doc works together to ensure a smoothly operated raid that values transparency.

Intro
Hello! Rhythmic is a relatively new guild that formed at the tail end of Legion. We raided ABT Mythic and made it to 10/11M. We are currently 7/8M and looking for strong players for the new raid, Battle of Dazar’alor, as well as finishing this tier to get CE.

About
Rhythmic formed under a few members who did weekly heroic ABT clears across small guilds, but these members desired more content. So, these members went out and pugged mythic ABT with the mindset of, “let’s learn together.” The team progressed slowly at first, but gained momentum when a more solid core formed. To put the Rhythmic mindset in a nutshell, we throw our motivation, determination, and our stubbornness at a boss till it dies.

Goals
Our goal at Rhythmic is to get CE each raid tier with time to spare! We want to build a raid team that allows for quick progression through a new raid tier to allow us relaxation and recuperation which allows us to watch more Funimation.

What We Expect
We expect good attendance, preparedness, and level headedness

We need good attendance to progress bosses. We can’t have people dipping in the middle of a progress boss. Of course emergencies happen! We do not expect people to come in the middle of a crisis or real life events. After all, this is a game.

We need prepared people. Bring enough potions to get the job done. Look up logs, videos, and strategies. The more effective our time of preparing for a fight, the more effective our pulls will be on the fight.

We need players with a level head. Toxicity doesn’t promote good raid atmosphere with the intention of downing bosses. Use that aggravation to uplift your fellow raiders. They struggle, we all struggle, so help them overcome for our success.

Hello Everyone!

Looking for a 2-3 night/week raiding schedule that pushes Mythic content? Looking for a guild that dedicates effort to improving its players’ performance? I think we might have what you’re looking for!
