Any hardcore guilds around anymore? The whole community appears to be filled with 1-3/day casuals and It's just not enjoyable especially when you have people who just up and leave and your guild has to constantly replace people.
I want a hardcore environment, people who want to do progression no matter the amount of time spent as long as you kill bosses. The social aspect is a bonus if it works out.
I'd be keen to raid every day when a new tier is out and just smash the content until It's on farm. Do they even exist anymore? Where's the comradery and sense of achievement?
Anyway this post will probably get trolled. Let's see if anyone takes it serious.

How about you go apply to them - those guilds don't have to search forums for recruitment, people GO to them, not the other way round.
