Hello, My wife and I are looking for a raiding guild for bfa content. We are currently taking a break from work and are able to play a few hours a day or more as well as make every raid (just starting michigan winter :frowning: ). She has played a hunter starting in tbc clearing heroic every tier as well as some mythic and enjoys being competitive on the dps meter aslo as taking responsibility in raid serious (md’s,interrupts,soaking ect). I play a bit more heavily not getting CE any tier but coming very close and being a bit of an altoholic( 5 120’s atm, 3 geared for mythic raiding content WW/Feral/Enhancement as well as a fury im gearing atm and 1 dh in blues). We both have our AoTc and have downed a boss in mythic or two but want to find a stable guild to build a group chemistry with as well as have fun running content (raiding/keys/pvp). I would like to main my fury warrior and did most of my serious raiding for years on a combat rogue but would be will to play whatever toon is needed for the guild. We are willing to xfer or move for a guild in need of two veteran dps.

most of our toons are Horde Illidan but we also have a pair of alts on Bleeding Hollwing Alliance.

<Still Standing> was created (formed 11/19/18) under the idea of three friends all wanting to raid together and do things in the same guild and server. We three moved from Sargeras and Aerie Peak to Emerald Dream feeling it would be a good fit of a server for us as we could play both Alliance and Horde if we wished, staying mainly Alliance, but we found a problem. We were having a very hard time finding a guild that raided at our times, or they didn’t have any recruitment information on like Wowprogress. After about a week or so of looking the three of us decided to try and make our own guild in hope of all being able to raid and play together while also finding more friends and making a community. The name was chosen due to a amazing tale from back in the Emerald Nightmare raid myself and Vel, our healing lead, had in an old guild in which I tanked Elerethe Renferal alone. Vel kept taking the fall for the link mechanics and getting rebirthed, allowing me to solo tank to our first Heroic kill. It is one of our fondest memories. Making those memories is what we found this guild on.

Okay but what kind of guild is this?

We plan to primarily be a raiding guild, pushing as far as we can into mythic content once we have the roster but always getting AOTC. We don’t over care about CE nor do we want to burn out our raider by only farming heroic. Community and friendship is what the guild was founded on and that is how it will stay. M+ teams and a RBG team are things we would like to look at in the future if people are interested in. We plan to raid at 9:30 CST to 12:30 CST on Tues/Wed with a farm raid on Sat!

Information about us:

We are a mature progression and fun oriented raiding guild. We have been playing together for years and look to continue to do so for years to come! We perform the research necessary to clear content and we expect all raid members to be prepared not only with the knowledge of the fights but with consumables (including flasks, potions and food buffs). Goal/Objective:

Our primary objective has always been to reach and defeat the last boss of current heroic content prior to the release of a new tier of content (obtaining the Ahead of the Curve (AotC) achievement). Our secondary goal will be to transition into mythic raiding once we have obtained AotC.

We do our best to accomplish our goals on a 2 hours/night (6 hours weekly) raid schedule. This allows a lot of us who have families/intense work schedules to still participate in raiding activities.

Because our goal is the AotC achievement for all raid members, we are open to accepting applications from other servers and have no requirements on transferring. We would prefer to accept a minimum of 355 ilvl. Exceptional applications for any class/role will be considered. At this time our priority will be to recruit dps (as indicated above by the relative need next to each class/role). We’re already fairly stacked on healers and tanks.

Winginit is a newly formed alliance guild that was created in the first week of Uldir. We are a core of players that have been together as far back as 2007 under a different name. We feel that creating our own guild again was the best option in hopes to find like minded individuals who would enjoy our raid setting.
Our goal is to Clear Normal/Heroic and some Mythic. We aren’t a hardcore guild nor have any ambition to become one However we do like to run some keys during the week and would like to stay at a steady progression pace throughout the expansion with a tight knit/non BS toxic environment. We have room for 2 consistent DPS on our Mythic team. We have a casual approach in a 2 day schedule (Thurs 8-11 EST and Sun 7:30-11 EST perfect for a 9-5 worker in Michigan!). Death Symposium is a Heroic progression raiding guild, going 1 night a week. Currently that is Sunday evenings at 7pm EST, although that could change in the future. This is a Horde guild in the Skullcrusher-Gul’Dan-Black Dragonflight server grouping. Looking for a few more players to round out our group and sub roles when needed.

About Us: We are a group of veteran players made up of RL friends, WOTLK guild mates, and fellow raiders from Legion. The decision was made to stick to Heroic content to minimize stress and time sink. We like to keep things low key and fun, but when it comes to raid we expect everyone to bring their game face. Any alts and friends are welcome in the guild even if they cannot raid with us. We have very few casuals in the guild but are very welcoming for people on the server who play our times. We understand that we are the only daytime guild.

We use adult language, we make fun of each other on a daily basis, and we bust each other’s balls as much as possible. This makes for an Adult only environment and not for the faint of heart.

Hey there! Evolve is a horde raiding guild on Area 52. I’m not gonna spam you with the guild recruitment post so I’ll just give you the tldr. Most of us have been CE raiders for a very long time. Took a break from raiding cuz we’re old and life happens. We’re reforming with our solid core and looking for a few more reliable raiders to fill in the gaps for mythic. After our second week back we’re at 8/8H and with a few reliable additions we’ll be in mythic and looking strong to push for CE in 8.1. We raid Tues/Wed 8pm-11pm EST. We have a very laid back family feel and joke and tease each other like siblings. Within the first week of joining us you’d learn a lot about most of us and hear plenty of stories as to how inside jokes came about. Most of us play other games together as well and enjoy doing things outside of raid and hanging out in discord when we can. We want to push mythic but we’re not hardcore about it and prefer to keep our family like vibes. We’d rather kill a boss a little slower than some if it means not being jerks to one other. Hi there!

Are you still looking for a new raiding home? If so, please consider Surreality! We’re a 12 year-old, Horde-side raiding guild on the Black Dragonflight/Skullcrusher/Gul’dan cluster – and we have a long history of raiding couples, including myself and my husband, who is our long-time raid leader. (The other couples keep having babies and dropping out of raids, though. I think there might be something in the virtual water…)

Based on what you’ve shared, I honestly think we’d be a good fit for each other. Like you, we’re consistently AOTC, and we enjoy pushing into mythic raids once heroic is on farm. We raid Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9pm-11pm EST. We have a few mythic+ groups that run on offnights, and several altoholics who would love to start normal/heroic alt runs. (BfA has been a hard expansion on alts, but I’m hoping the upcoming changes in 8.1 will improve the alt experience.)

We’re also actively recruiting DPS for core spots – especially a hunter as there are (remarkably!) no hunters on our raid roster. It’s uncanny and we really miss the versatility they provide.

Our current progression is 2/8M with some pulls on Zek, but we really need 2 or 3 good DPS to shore up our numbers for consistent mythic raiding.
