I know you said you’d prefer to stay Alliance, but since you’re also open to Horde…
I’m recruiting for Surreality, a well-established adult raiding guild on the Black Dragonflight / Skullcrusher / Gul’dan cluster. With the exception of a few much needed end-of-the-expansion-breaks, we have been raiding continuously for 12-years and counting.
We raid Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9pm-11pm (our raiders span four time zones and two continents, so the 3x2 schedule is admittedly a bit of a compromise…), and are currently sitting at 8/8H and 2/8M. Our lack of progression is primarily due to attendance: we can consistently field a raid of 16 to 18 solid players, then fill in the remaining spots from our casual or F&F ranks (which is fine for farming 2/8M, but makes progression a challenge). We’re looking to shore up our numbers for the remainder of the expansion by recruiting a handful of DPS to core spots and rotating our more casual players to fill-in roles.
All of our shamans are currently resto, so we would love to add a DPS thunderbuddy to our roster. (All of our shamans are thunderbuddies. We’re weird.)

Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
