3673 Mastery to Reshii Wrap?

I am only able to get 1836 Mastery. I saw another hunter with 3673 and can’t figure it out.

Put in a public order for the better fiber.

I have an Epic fiber in the socket already though.

Tooltip error most likely. In-game the +stats value is lower than on Armory.
I see +3673 Mastery on your cloak on your armory page.

its a bug from armory. it just doubles it for no apparent reason
