35 minute dps queue for Random Heroic

May we please have the satchel up for tanks and healers up a lot more than it is even maybe just up all the time. As a dps player with no spec to tank or healer (mage) it is painful to get started on this gear grind. People don’t sign up for my M0’s and I really want to advance foreword. 35 minutes is just a bit much for waiting and the problem is clearly the lack of tanks and healers even queueing up for this and that’s why the incentive needs to be there.

Go get a free M2 key from that dude near the vault, list it and watch all the 270+ iLVL players swarm to join you for that super easy valor farm.

But yeh it is a problem if you are waiting that long for a DPS queue, maybe try joining TW, a lot of players will go farm TW during TW week, there is more to gain from TW than there is heroic and whilst the iLVL rewards are not as high, it’s a good starting point while you try and get into a heroic dungeon.

That might be a good point that it is TW week and that could be reducing the tanks for regular heroics even more. In terms of the +2 I got DoS and that was my first thing I posted! 1 hr later I just lost hope not a single person signed up :frowning:

I’d prolly tank more heroics if there was like… a reason to do so. Maybe something like an item thats good for endgame, that you can gain a currency for via heroics to incentivize players who outgear the content to still do so. Its a shame when they did this in legion the forums were ablaze with complaints about overgeared players doing horrible things like RUNNING DUNGEONS FOR REWARDS.

That’s what the satchel solves! it gives 900ish gold to 1k and it gives Augment Runes which are great for progression fights.

Do you want overgeared dps queueing as tank / heals and soloing dgs for undergeared players? Because thats how you get overgeared dps queueing as tank / heals soloing dgs for undergeared players!

If it gets the run going I see no problem if they want to dps tank it and we are successful :smiley: Only more of an upside for dps only players who don’t have the option to tank or heal.

I doubt it. Every low dungeon I ever see in group finder always fills up, granted I don’t watch them all the time, but you go through the list of low keys and see more than one person in basically every key out there and even at 276 iLVL I have been refused for a key, not declined, but it fills and delists.

I’ve also seen keys posted in custom groups and other weird and wonderful places, are you even posting it in the right place?

It’s not that geared players are running dungeons for rewards, we are running dungeons at break neck speeds where the other people in the group might just want to experience the dungeon and not have to play dodgeball with 100 enemies while the OP tank who has BiS gear sits there like a tree trunk and does all the work.

I should have you talk to my main’s guild… We still use them as we are trying to get AOTC…

Of course I am posting it as +2 DoS in the dungeons for Mythic+. I am not new to being 60 by a long shot this is an alt that is frustrating to gear up.

Just because you have been around for some time does not mean you know what you are doing. I’ve seen some players who have been here for years, players who do high keys and raid mythic have no idea about many things in this game.

yeah thats why I think the better solution was to just not give players who actually give a crap no reason to run heroics. It caused nothing but headaches because the players who were hard stuck at heroics got their panties in a bunch over someone soloing content they considered their endgame. Sl / Bfa fixed that problem by not giving higher geared players a reason to run those dgs and here we are.

Aside from this I see why players just decide to quit wow. Even with a simple QoL that would help with actually being able to play the game the attack is rather on the player. I learned a lot today,

I think hes saiyan that the satchel giving augment runes prolly won’t incentivize many players to run heroics that are otherwise worthless to them given that we now have an option for an infinite augment rune, and because sl otherwise throws augment runes out like candy.

Satchels used to drop pets. Blizz needs to bring that back

i need AT LEAST 30 minutes to absorb just how majestic halkia is. Any tank that doesn’t respect my halls of atonement loyal beasts asmr roleplay is straight up toxic.
