Hey Matheniss,
We at Limit Break on US-Lightbringer are a strong mix of former hardcore and new players that work together to do endgame PvE together. In many ways we consider ourselves the midcore option.
We are working currently to get a beginner oriented Mythic+ static group together to slowly learn and push higher and harder keys. In addition we currently have a mage spot open in our main raid group and would be happy to show you the ropes.
While we are small we have a great and wonderful community. And an active discord to boot.
