Hi, I am looking to purchase an ultrawide monitor. Looing at the Alienware 34 in monitor. My question is, does WOW retail natively support 3440X1440 WQHD 21:9 aspect ratio. I have been currently playing on a 1080 p 60 hz monitor and looking to upgrade on black Friday.

I have that one as well, great monitor- and yes the game fully support it.
WoW’s resolution support is done well and has always been pretty stellar. Even back in 2004/2005 it ran great on the relatively rare 30" 2560x1600 monitors that existed back then as long as you had a computer powerful enough to drive it.
Agreed with Chroesire. Wow has amazing resolution support. I’m in the process of upgrading my 3 1080p panels to 3 QHD 144hz HDR panels for triple panel gaming, and wow supports 3x 1080p as well as 3x QHD from what I see. I like a high frame rate so I don’t do much triple screen gaming right now because my 1080p panels are only 60hz, but i got the first QHD one in today and let me tell you, it’s awesome. Especially the HDR bit. HDR > 4k any day.
