I’m 246ilvl (will have all my sockets probably by the time you read this post) I’m currently 3/10M SoD. My guild fall apart due to poor attendance, and I am now looking for a new home because of it.

<Its Mine I Licked It> was founded prior to the launch of Shadowlands by a group of friends with significant hardcore raiding experience, including the GM who has raided at the US Top 20 level in multiple tiers. The guild is also lead by a team of officers with significant Cutting Edge experience from multiple tiers over several expansions.
For years, many of our players grinded hours and hours a week to raid. However, life goes on and people get older, and commitments change. Still, we all love this game, but we aren’t looking to break our backs pushing the true bleeding edge of end game content like so many of us did for so many years.
In Shadowlands, we aim to clear all Mythic Raid content as well as provide an environment conducive for Mythic + dungeon runs. However, we are all at the point in our lives where pushing late hours or extra nights to clear a Mythic Raid is not what we are looking for. Instead, we want to focus on a less grindy experience while still having fun, pushing ourselves, and playing efficiently.
