So for the 30th anniversary we got a … $90 mount, $30 mount pack, and a mtn dew 2 mount rng event…

My candle for wow is now blown out. Why.

I think it’s okay. The only people with store mounts are the ones okay with spending the money on it in the first place. It’s nice to be able to get the AH mount now since I was too broke in BFA to buy enough WoW tokens.

Pretty clear by now that the focus of the 30th anniversary is not for players.

Because it’s not old Blizzard celebrating 30 years with it’s loyal fans - it’s new Blizzard monetizing WoW IP and nostalgia.

I disagree bc the majority of new items for the event are not obtainable with real money.

You can just straight up not buy any of it. Like it’s totally 100% allowed to just…not get any of them. You can opt out entirely.

The four mounts will be mine (because $30). But the AH mount is too expensive. I won’t take it.

I think the company is desperate, or greedy. They should GIVE BACK to the customers who have supported & promoted the game for the past 20 years.

They gave you a game that you chose to play for the past 20 years.

It’s not like you were donating all your money to them out of the goodness in your heart. You got the product you paid them for.
