I have 35 level troll druid , Hkari , Scarlet Crusade realm who remains naked in the back, hand and chest slots no matter what armor is placed in them . I have tried transmog I get charged for it and it works in the transmog window but the char remains naked in those 3 slots . Shirt slot graphic does work on char chest .
updating info on this problem , as of the latest patch , the problem with the 3 aforementioned armor slots not showing armor graphics still exists with one change . Now my character can not even attempt to transmog those 3 slots as the apply and save buttons remain grayed out . This at least saves me the gold I had been wasting attempting transmogs that failed to execute .
Uhm… okaaaay … as my char died from a flying blunder received the message in chat window you have lost the title " Hkari T-shirt Enthusiast " and now my armor slots chest, back and hands are now showing armor graphics and can now be transmogrified again . Er… problem solved … ? lol
