Three weeks is honestly less time than most of us were reasonably expecting to be stuck with, and having the announcement come a week after honor launches is really fast by Blizzard’s standards. You can’t reasonably expect it to go any faster than that.

yea, tbh i dont know that whitemane alliance is going to survive 3 more weeks of this garbage, and our xfer options are pure trash.
I cancelled, my sub runs out in 2 weeks. I’m just kind of over this stupidity.

Blizzard is releasing bg’s quickly but not immediately. That way they hope to stanch the bleeding without having to admit how rough it’s been.

You’re comparing apples to oranges. Sure, doing nothing but farming gold (depending on what class you are) can get an epic mount faster than getting AV rep. However, pvp loses gold, so if you are trying to get your epic mount while pvping AV is the answer. Another factor to consider is gear, you can get your epic mount in AV naked. Gl farming gold for your epic mount with 0 gear. Also consider AV rep can, and will, be gained by afking.
Ironically this isnt close to how things were released in vanilla.
Its MUCH faster.
If BWL comes out in late January (they said early 2020) thats 5 months for T1.
If AQ40 and Naxx are released after 5 months each, we are looking at Naxx release in late October. 1 year 2 months after classics release.

Man, shut up. What an entitled and whiny statement you made.
You had an unknown time on when they were releasing it and now that they gave you a date you complain that it’s too far away.
Also the mounts still require rep-grind plus you need to learn epic riding.
I’m not saying blizzard won’t release content too quickly, but you do need to factor in that wow content is cumulative, unlike retail. The beginning phases don’t have a ton of content, and the content is added slowly from there.
IMO, Once Bg’s are released, there is a decent amount of content to keep players occupied. Currently there just isn’t much to do besides wpvp, and the “wpvp” is not vanilla-like.
All the content added after MC and the honor system will be cumulative.Even when BWL releases guilds will still be doing MC and ONY, people will still be farming WSG, AV, and honor ranks.
My opinion is that once battlegrounds are in, there will be less pressure to rush further content. Hopefully the content releases will slow down a bit.

I have had more fun in WPVP since honor came about in Classic than I have since I restarted playing retail (stopped once classic came out) at the end of Legion.
Won’t even get you to Rank 11, it will just get your account perma banned 
If you read the blue post with the release of the honor system they used the 25% system, not the 10% 1.12 values.

Oh, I bet you it could. People are going to complain about how hard it is to reach certain ranks due to the size of the servers and they’re going to allow more rankings than they did in Vanilla.
Assuming people play the meta strategy, which is winning as quickly as possible. AV matches will not last that long. It’s 1.12 AV. As long as you’re willing to sit in AV 18 hours a day, and leave obvious turtle games, I suspect many will reach rank 11 this way.

And level scaling. Gear scaling. The entire world scaling. Also to remove all interesting and ‘confusing’ stats on items. Make everything bland af. That should do the trick.
