I’m becoming more and more convinced that blizzard is intentionally trying to kill classic wow.
3 more weeks of this cancerous gameplay, ugh. It’s not even hard to fix, just release WSG, problem solved.
AV should be released with BWL. AV messes with gear progression, gives free epic mounts, and introduces AFK’ing for honor.

This is what people asked for. Why would they want to kill it? It’s a cash cow. People asked for things to be released like they were originally - and that’s what they tried to do.

I actually don’t think they’re going to wait until December 10. I’d be surprised if BGs aren’t available within 10-14 days.

No, and this is kinda part of a point I attempted to make a long while back…
1.12 has a plethora of problems
- CRBG’s kill community and give anonymity of AFK’rs.
- 1.12 Diminishing returns on PVP kills is 10% per kill (daily reset) as opposed to 25% pre 1.12.
- 1.12 AV has far fewer and less powerful NPC’s making the Raid BG too easy to zerg. (also covered before)
I firmly oppose AFK behavior, and cheating of any kind. As for the “Free epics” meh, they’re not getting far with that… Given how people compete on my server I don’t think the AFK players will get past Rank 5.
Some people will still wpvp, and that will be great. wpvp is not bad, forcing everyone on an overpopulated server to wpvp at the same time is.

If you afk in my BGs you will be reported. Then you get banned and really go afk.

I can wait 3 weeks for all of the threads asking for normalized BG gear.
Take a 3 week break if you are that unhappy with the state of the game. When you come back, you’ll be all set!

As someone who has had WPVP negatively affect his server, I think 1 month if WPVP is fair. That way, the people who enjoy it get to have more fun, and the ones who aren’t only have to wait 3 weeks.
It’s a fair compromise.
