No I don’t. I harbour no ill will to people who pay it. After all if you want your game, you want your game. But the companies that do it are scummy. It will never not be scummy.
Umm some of us got it because the one month paid time and goodies made the extra money totally worth it. Early access was just a bonus that I personally did not give two shytes about.
I know people that are excited for the early access. I wish them luck but the game is very buggy and I don’t see how it is ethically right to ship the expansion so soon.
I’m assuming part of the reason people are getting the 3 day access is pure enthusiasm for a new expansion, and another part is the very real fear of being left behind and outpaced.
The 3 day early access seems mostly harmless, I guess.
It is devastating for the image of WoW for returning players if the first impression is that servers are constantly down.
This is the gray area that should not be explored because how do you begin to compensate players that paid early access and they can not play in such a scenario?
Aight, what does this have to do with TWW? Are we complaining about regular maintenance again? Or do you have the foresight to know that early launch will be plagued with server issues despite the fact that the content/updates will already be in the game, just locked until that date?
I mean the fear may be real but the basis for it isn’t.
They made very sure that there’s basically zero advantage to be gained from those three days. Most you can get is some extra profession materials, maybe, which is hardly a game-breaking leg up.
