QUEST NAME: The Hermit
All 3 of these quest have the same exact bug, a character level 25 cannot even activate anything to trigger these, either there is no !, or the the NPC/Gravestone cannot be interacted with to trigger it. There is also no chat bubble on the NPC’s
The not being able to interact with the npc/gravestone is very weird, and sounds like a bug. However there are no “!” over objects that give quests in Classic and chat bubbles only appear on NPCs when you mouse over them.
I know, but what I’m saying is there isn’t even a chat bubble on the NPC.
Also in the game someone said The Weathered Grave requires a level 28 character before the grave will be able to be active.
The wolf Kabob quest requires a certain cooking skill,
but the hermit one is beyond me and no one seems to have an answer about that.
But until those reasons are confirmed, I will just leave this as a bug report.
Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but are you going to Elaine Carevin in Darkshire for the quest The Hermit?
That quest and the NPC, can only be found and done in Duskwood.

The Hermit is still not known as to why it’s not able to be started due to the NPC not being interactive.
