We aim to get progression raiding done, while having fun, all in 9 hours a week.
We’re currently 5/8M in the Eternal Palace. Last tier, we were 9/9M in Battle of Dazar’alor.

Key Guild Differentiators:
Our guild, raid, and Discord atmosphere is constructed around being a collaborative low-stress environment. There is absolutely no yelling or raging at people, no egos being thrown about. We discuss problems in a respectful and civil tone in order for everyone to learn about the boss mechanics and push progression faster. We encourage people to speak up with ideas, suggestions, and mistakes without fear of being attacked in some form.
We do not require people to level/gear alts for split runs. We do have an alt raid on Friday nights, but it is purely optional for those who like to play alts.
Stability
Proper Villains’ raid team has been raiding together in some shape or form for 4+ years now. We’ve always met our goal of clearing mythic content when it was current.
What We Expect From Applicants:

Good skill level with chosen spec (demonstrated in logs).

Some prior raiding experience in Mythic.

Ability to attend at least 90% of raids.

A willingness and desire to spend some time outside of raid achieving reasonable character progression.

The ability to research current and upcoming raid encounters, and to keep up-to-date with any changes to the game.

About Us:
<Rally> is a guild founded upon the principle that we want to enjoy the people we are playing with. Rather than being a raiding guild that is social, we are a social guild that raids. We use very exclusive recruitment methods to ensure compatibility among members to maintain a cohesive atmosphere at all times.

Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!
We are a tight knit community of friends with a solid foundation of real life and long term friends having played WoW and other games together for 10+ years. We’re a diverse and tight-knit group that likes to have a good time and play at a high level. We consider ourselves hardcore since we raid three nights a week (four, if you consider optional heroic night).
We need players who are personable, reliable and ready to do their homework before fights and focus up during progression. Raid spots will be made available immediately to players who perform.

RAID SCHEDULE
We raid Mythic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 10pm ST(PST) and we also have a NON-MANDATORY Heroic raid on Thursdays, and occasionally a NON-MANDATORY extra push day for Mythic on Mondays (when we’re close to a kill) from 7pm to 10pm, roster allowing.
RECRUITMENT
To be considered, we ask that our potential recruit be Neck Level 62 and ilvl 430+.
Our current needs we are looking for to bring to Azshara’s Eternal Palace:
#1 Priority:
• Ele or Enh Shaman with a viable resto OS
Still needed, but not as dire:
• Tank (preferably a Brewmaster)
• Holy Pally with a viable Ret offspec
• Hunter
• Strong Caster DPS, preference to Ele-Sham swing especially, but also Warlock, Mage, or a lesser degree, S-Priest or Boomie.
All experienced/versatile players will always be looked at and considered. We have a nice relaxed and chill raid environment and all we ask of our raiders is to keep their character current in terms of progression and commit 6 hours a week to progress in Mythic Content!
