Hello all!
As the title suggests, I’m currently a 3/8M, 430 MW monk looking for a new raiding guild. Due to some constraints with my work schedule from the start of the year, I had to take a step back from mythic raiding more than I would have liked, but I’m now looking to get back into the swing and continue to progress toward CE.

I love raiding. It’s the reason that I play this game. That being said, I’m not looking to make it a job or a chore, and would prefer a 2-3 day weeknight guild that starts at or after 8:30 EST, due to my work schedule. I still fully intend to make the most of keeping my character at “Cutting Edge”, and I very much enjoy doing M+, as well as maintaining all necessary rep grinds, AP grinds (neck finally at 60!) and farming for current content. I’m always working toward getting all available essences to max level as well.

Willing to transfer to any server/faction if the fit feels right. I’ve played both sides of the game consistently over the years.

While I do prefer healing, I also have a fully geared DPS set (WW) and would be willing to “flex heal” as the guild/team would need it, as well as be able to tank for off nights/M+.

While CE is a goal, we are more of a semi-core guild that are 3/8M looking to progress as far through mythic as possible (whether that’s CE or 6/9M BoD with our best attempt on Mekka being 3% health) I’d be happy to talk to you more about what we’re about and our plans, I just sent you a btag request. We’re a diverse and tight-knit group that likes to have a good time and play at a high level. We consider ourselves hardcore since we raid three nights a week (four, if you consider optional heroic night).

We need players who are personable, reliable and ready to do their homework before fights and focus up during progression. Raid spots will be made available immediately to players who perform.

Meshing with the group is as important as performance. Bad attitudes, poor attendance, and overall bad vibes will not be tolerated. We expect guildies to run mythic+ and content with each other outside of raid hours. We have a very active discord as well.

Core Mythic progression: Tues/Weds/Thurs 9PM - 12AM PDT
Off-night Heroic: Mon 9PM - 12AM PDT
Guild-wide M+ Chain Runs: Sun 8PM - 12AM PDT
Alt/Casual Heroic: Sat 9pm - 12AM PDT

We are looking for folks to come in and make an impact immediately. Expect to know the fights for not only your own class, but know the entire fight as a whole. Little hand holding, self responsibility

While we may prioritize recruitment of certain classes above others, we are open to all capable and dedicated DPS players at this time.

ABOUT THE GUILD:

   Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. While there are many of us that have raided at the higher echelons of the US raiding scene, we believe that rank means nothing without genuinely caring where you raid and who you surround yourself with.
