30+ raids and not 1 piece of loot, at this point i would rather be dealing with a completely corrupt LC guild or even dare I say it go back to endless gold farming for a GDKP raid. 2SR is the worst, and for some reason every guild uses it. I stopped raiding completely because of this and only log in on the weekends to level alts in prep for TBC. 2SR killed vanilla for me and if it remains the prevalent system in TBC i see no reason to even raid anymore, or even play TBC to be honest. Only time will tell. Any system is better than 2SR at this point.

I prefer MS>OS but would take GDKP over 2SR any day. but w/e spew your hate and project in onto me cuz you have an opinion different than mine clown boy. Your post is the lie, link even 1 post that’s pro GDKP, you can’t because they don’t exist. I have never even been in a GDKP raid in my entire 20 year time playing wow. How many have you gone on ? I also don’t like 2sr, and I don’t understand why guilds use this? It is a pug loot method I thought. Guilds should use LC and freeroll for offspec stuff.
Seeing as how there are like 4 loot systems… and a good LC and GDKP are 10000x better than SR…

guilds that use SR are heavily LC’d. ours is at least. we constantly tell entire classes that they cant SR certain items until certain people get it first, and items that dont have SR are always MS/OS free roll. guilds use it because it is a good guild system that distributes loot somewhat fairly.
this is projection btw. must suck to not be able to grow hair. at least you can get some gender affirming care tho.

SR is great for pugs 
cuz what else are you gonna do if GDKP is banned
but a proper guild should be using LC. a guild using SR is like a contradiction.
Anyone who raids every week will have Tier pieces at this point utilizing the SR system.
I am 7/8 Tier 2 (hoping to get my belt this evening in BWL).
Edit: it’s important to use your reserves wisely. For example, our priests reserve items that no one else is or that only one other is reserving.

Nahh you can use elements of SR in a guild loot system and it works fine. With competent leadership you can ensure that important items go to who they need to and the rest gets sorted out. I’m not saying its the only way, like you could use MS/OS+1 with LC too, its really what works for the players and what they agree on

SR is complete trash. Its not an opinion. Its fact.
You pick different items than others based on SR… someone wins the other item, then next week moves to your item… and then they win it again.
Now they have 2 awesome pieces and you have 0.
GDKP is the only true fair loot system in the game.

The won the two pieces fairly. You had a chance at the piece, should have had more gold. Getting outbid is a you issue. You have control of how much gold you have. There is 0 control over a /roll
Do more farming, do more GDKPs , have more alts, do some AH stuff.
The point is… they won them fairly. Have you ever GDKPd before lol
