Anyone know if there is a current go to spec for 2s? I thought it would be BM, but I noticed all the top hunters (all that I checked out) are running SV. I don’t mind playing either spec, so I just thought I would ask since I would hate to grab the weapon for SV and find out it’s not as strong as BM.
EDIT: I am running with a Mistweaver partner and pushing for 1800. I haven’t PvPed since Cata.
bm works for 2s, but i find that sv is superior. The amount of control and setups you have is really strong.

SV is overall the best hunt spec and extremely powerful in 2s
Does that hold true for KFC as well?
I’m about to start doing some Arena with a Warrior friend. I’ve read your PvP guides numerous times, but since you’re posting here I’d ask you directly: is Survival superior for that comp as well?
I mean BM could definitely work with KFC but SV is still really powerful, I’ve played even ARMS KFC as SV and it didn’t feel too bad, I’m sure fury is honestly better with SV while BM and Arms are better just on paper but honestly it works good either way.

I had thought about going BM with my pal’s Warrior and using a Mortal Wounds pet if he wanted to play some Fury from time to time, but I honestly enjoy both specs a lot and if Survival is a distinct advantage, I’ll build habits in that direction.
