Just a few minutes ago I just lost just about 7,648 of time warped badge while transfering to a toon this is the 2nd time this happened and I haven’t gotten a return of the last lost badges I had before 4 weeks so I wanna know where my warped badges went
And no I’m not doing another bug report I just need the badges I’ve earned back
At this time there is regrettably nothing Customer Support or Customer Service can do for you while the issue is being investigated. They are aware of it so another bug report is not needed.
Transferring currencies is as risky as storing things in a guild bank, I wouldn’t do it if I still played.
I’ve already done that so when do we get what we lost back
When they find what the problem is and fix it entirely, I would imagine.
Put it through testing and make sure it doesn’t break anything else when implemented.
Moving this to Technical Support however will also not get it fixed. Right now it’s just a waiting game.
Based on how things have been going, probably when they restore guild banks.
That’s code for “never”.
They have a bad habit of (supposedly) fixing the problem, but not fixing the damage caused by the problem.
Honestly then there no point In earning it anymore if they can’t fix the problem and return things that was lost then there no point in playing the game
