I’m testing to locate the quest for the 2nd artifact weapon for restoration spec because I’d like to get the achievement arsenal of power.
I’m not sure what to do or where to go and I’ve looked all over opened a ticket but its awhile wait. I seen on other posts about this that a moderator can help out and tell me what I’m doing wrong or something or can someone point me in the right direction?
